Shit company. They dont have way in their page to delete your account and your data. It is against the EU law GDPR. I moved all my domains out and they still trying to charge my credit card for renew. I contacted their support It was confirmed my account had nothing but their system still trying to get money. Terrible. I will report this compnay if they dont stop.

We have been letshost customers for years. Our email needed to be switched from the current host last week and this was done by our IT guy. However the DNS settings at let’s host haven’t been changed and we have had no email and no website since Friday. We have tried to contact letshost and there’s no response and no support over the weekend which is absolutely ridiculous for a company in this industry. The whole issue stems from letshost requesting email verification for us to access our account and then sending a code to the email being switched over. There’s no option to add a back up verification method and no option to bypass it. I can see other people have raised this and it’s still active on their login. This is a catastrophic downtime for our business. We are now going to have to cancel everything and find a hosting company with support in line with reasonable expectations.
I have been a customer of lets host for ions. In the past i would never consider moving . Sebastian Bogdan Eamon and AAron , always solved my issue. However. I am now incandescent with anger , at how they are not answering tickets . A little over 2 weeks ago my website went down and another one I have , disappeared. I had no email access on my main one, with multi factor authentication these days this is not funny. Its also my known email and all i use. I did not receive an answer for 5 days .Then an apology and they sorted it. Now ,it went again 3 days ago.. as I write , its back up but for how long ! who knows.... as I ve no ticket response or explanation . I've wrtiten quite a few tickets, as Im so annoyed. I have been ticketing and emailing with zero response. I had a few moments in the last few days when a few mails got through and the site was up for a bit, but then yesterday I had 2 incidences that threw me well over the edge. I could not activate my medical records when I was in for an mri , because of multi factor authentication , using my main email.... and I had an issue with my electric car and could not access my app for the same reason. This is wholly unacceptable. I have a business plan with a number of domains and 3 websites. It says on line 247 service .... no way it offers this , no one answers...it says premium service ,for my package which I take to mean answer queries and send out notice of tickets ... neither I have had.... I also have 2 ssl certs on there which are very expensive, one of which was not authorised they just did it and took payment....I do not know what is going on with this company but in all my years this is disgraceful and inexcuseable. The idea of having to spend time moving is really making me more upset. I dont have the time to learn and migrate .Im due to renew my main site within the next month. Ive already cancelled one domain renewal which they took payment for, 2 days before its due and Im looking for a refund on that, as I cancelled auto renewal with paypal on the same day......Completely unreliable now and Im not sure anyone is working there anymore to be honest, as a company that has been so efficient and helpful cannot suddenly become this appallingly bad.

I am very disappointed with the level of customer support.
Timeline:
29 January – first support ticket opened
30 January – follow-up added to the same ticket
31 January – second ticket opened as an escalation
1 February – still no response
The issue relates to a basic hosting configuration task that requires support intervention.
Despite multiple tickets and clear communication, I have received no reply at all.

Hi everyone if anyone sees this can they recommend the company's they went with after dealing with let'shost ... I really need my website running and I am getting no where with there support ..day one and it's been over a day and no response from support so it seems I better start looking elsewhere fast. I have created tickets.. no response I also put a Google review up too no response. From reading all the reviews it seems I better jump ship as quick as I got on. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Regards

I've been a LetsHost customer for years, but I'm now moving to another provider. Despite contacting them to cancel and request a refund BEFORE the payment date, they went ahead and charged €155.58 to my PayPal for a full year of hosting I do not need and will not use.
When I raised this with their support team, I was told "a refund is not applicable" simply because my PayPal details were stored on their system. They've even confirmed the service will terminate at the end of the billing cycle - so they acknowledge I won't be using it, yet refuse to return my money.
Storing payment details is not the same as authorizing a charge. Under EU consumer law and PSD2 regulations, explicit consent is required for recurring payments. Taking money first and asking questions later is not acceptable business practice.
The quality of service has also declined noticeably over the years, which is why I was migrating away in the first place.
I've now escalated this to PayPal and will be filing a complaint with the CCPC if necessary.
Avoid the auto-renewal trap. If you're a LetsHost customer, remove your payment details well in advance or you'll find yourself in the same position.
Very helpful and always quick to respond. They assist with any issue in a professional manner. I have used them for almost 15 years now, and I highly recommend them.

I called the team to clarify the costs of domain as there was an error on my computer. They helped to get me the right price. I then accidentally registered a domain with a typo and they credited me back the money and re-registered the correct domain name.

Our businesses have been a customer of Letshost for years and historically their ticketed customer service & tech support was good. But I have to review it as unacceptably bad as of 2025. On July 31st they migrated their servers and lost us access to our essential commercial email addresses, hello@ and orders@. We identified their issue but not only did they fail to give it their urgent attention despite several requests but have refused to take responsibility and we could not get the requested apology and explanation. We will now likely do our own migration in 2026.
I found the response very rapid and dealt with in an understanding manner.
I requested to change my service from hosting, to e mail only, as I no longer need to have a website, but need to continue with my e mail. I paid the invoice and later that day, Fri 26th Sept, Lets Host cut off all service, even though I have paid up until the 1st of October, and the new service for the next 14 months.
I rang the next to be informed that I would have to set up the e mail AGAIN using the client area, and that the log in codes had been e mailed out. They had e mailed the codes to the e mail which they had cut off the previous day. Total incompetence. I had an outage of three full days with no e mail. This is a disaster. I am taking an action against them for compensation for the outage. I have no idea how many e mails I missed as a result of this. I still have people asking if they have the correct e mail, as they got a "Address not found. Your message wasn't delivered to greg at XXXXX dot ie because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email" from the company who were paid to host the service? This company can not be trusted to handle important e mail. The treatment I have received from this company, management and staff is just disgusting.

I've been a customer quite a while now and have no intention of changing my hosting provider. No matter how silly or complex the question is, often I just forget how to do something basic, a quick chat on Twitter (X) or a support ticket and the great support team fix me right up.
Today I dealt with Eamon Kerrins. I know very little about IT and I was asking about website packages. Eamon explained it all to me. He was so patient, so courteous and so professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Eamon. Thank you
