Maxer's technical support team provides a great service as part of my hosting plan (through which I manage several sites running MySQL databases). While I can fix most common or routine problems myself, I have found their responses to my occasional requests to solve more complex issues truly excellent. When you submit a support ticket, they respond very promptly and work hard to resolve the difficulty within hours when possible, and always communicate with patience and courtesy.

A upgrade to MariaDB was necessary for our forum. We have had no disruptions and everything is working fine. My compliments and many thanks for this service.

I asked for instructions on how to set up a verified email address. Instead of providing me with help, they went out of their way and just did it for me. No charge! Wonderful tech support and the fees are not bad at all!

Excellent Customer Service and Very Reliable Hosting Company!

Opened a support ticket and once again the customer support team jumped straight on it and solved the issue and reported back what had caused the issue with the widget I had added to a site.
I cannot rate them higher, the best tech customer service team I have ever used. It's a pressure off having them behind me and on hand when needed.
You need to have them on your side.
