Please help me share this information. I want to post this to help others avoiding, Maxfind Electric Skateboard Official, brand electronic Skateboard. Do not purchase Maxfind. I own a few different brand of electric skateboard like Meepo and others. None have this issue while charging. Maxfind asked me to remove the bad reviews and they will send me a new board. After I removed the bad review they make excuses one after another to avoid. Even after I send them copy of the on line store I purchased. They said it’s not from a Maxfind website so they can avoid refunds or send new board. Their products are not safe. Nearly burned my house down. If any negative reviews on their website they will block or remove.

First of all, I love my longboards. I got a Max 6, Max One, and an FF Belt and they're all my favorite top picks compared to anything else I can find. The built-in designe is unlike any other brand and it streamlines the boards making them so much more versatile and weather proof. There's tons of support online if you ever run into any problems. Maxfind even has repair tutorials. Thats amazing! I had a wonderful representative named Dawn assist me with my order to a remote location, which was very Helpfull. I also had another great experience with a representative named Kevin. He helped me get a new remote for my Max 6 and was super friendly and quick to respond through the whole process. Awesome products, outstanding customer service. Highly Recommended!

I ordered MAXFIND FF AT.
I had a change of heart so I replied to their order email that I wanted to cancel the order.

I got a reply on a Saturday that orders cannot be canceled if it's shipped.

Of course such a thing cannot be true since it was ordered 30 minutes ago.

One day later, I got another reply that this is shipped and I cannot cancel, which in the end it wasn't, they simply wanted to bind the credit card payment.

After trying to reach them, they totally ignored my emails. That is until I posted a review on this website.

They ordered my to cancel my bad review, only then would the process my refund, they completely ignored all emails before that.

Upon canceling my review, they "processed the refund". They did not actually do that, they just wanted the bad review gone, the time past was around 1.5 weeks.

Luckily for me, I reached out to my credit card company and explained to them the situation and got a refund through the credit card company.

This company is disgusting, stay away.

The belt motor is powerful. It's just like driving an electric car - so much power! I just drove 8 kilometers, basically in 2nd gear, and the battery dropped by one bar, which shows that the battery life is really good.

This board looks so cool and it's super fun to ride. It's very powerful, which makes it perfect for tackling steep hills effortlessly.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I bought a Max 6 in May and received it at the end of June. I rode it about 6 times and it complete died.
After numerous emails back and forth maxfind did send out a new motherboard, a new battery, new fiberglass plate and grip tape. Now this is where things go down hill.
The battery that was in the board was blue and smaller, looks like an LG from their website, which has three connectors on it. The battery and motherboard they sent were completely different than what was inside the board. The battery was a samsung with two connectors, power and an XT30 connector to charge it. I sent them numerous emails and we corresponded through WhatsApp and they kept telling me I was hooking it up wrong. After finally proving to them that I could not hook up the charging port, and obviously talking to someone that knew what I was saying, they never apologized just said, "if we send you a new board will that make you happy"?
That was over a week ago and nothing. I ended up just buying and xt30 connector from Amazon and a new charger, as I told then repeatedly the charger was also fried, and just fixed it myself.
Never, ever, ever buy from this company. They will also threaten with a lawsuit, which I have screenshots of if you leave a bad review.
I was told if I took down all the negative reviews they would send a new board. I initially said not until I recieve the new board, but ended up caving as they said they had boards in Canada and would ship me one. After all the reviews were deleted they then said I had to send the old board back before they would even send the new board and that the new board wasn't through customs.
I have been dealing with this for over 2 months, have all the emails, and no way am I sending the board back so I have to wait another 2-3 weeks before I even recieve a new board.

Warning, stay far away from maxfind. At least I have this one working, but as soon as it's dead, I'm done. Get something more reliable and definitely do more research.

Response to Maxfind. If i was a fraudster how would I have emails from Maxfind Dawn? I have all the receipts in my email and you have not responded back.

Update 2. I have every single email from Maxfind Dawn, even stating they would send a new board. I have the board ripped apart and pictures of everything. How can this company flag this as fraudulent when I have all the evidence. They have not emailed me to correct this in over a week.

Update 3: Maxfind did contact me but refused to do anything until I removed the review. I refused to remove the review until I recieve a new board and they booted me out of their Facebook group and have stopped responding to emails. The reason I refused was because I had preciously wrote a review, was promised a new board if review was deleted, deleted the review and they stopped responding.
I think people need to see that spending nearly $800 Canadian, having it die after 6 times, replacement parts that don't work and the company refusing to replace the board is a valid complaint.

Final update. So they kept saying they would send a replacement board, 2 months ago. Still no update, keep pushing the day and no response for a month. Recieved one 3 days ago that they would send a new board if I deleted the negative review and still nothing.

Im a person who with a lot of patience. Im their website it shows delivery within EU takes about a week. But it has been a month ago since i place my order. The reason that the customer support gave me was the MAX 6 is pre-sale products which the whole process will start in the manufacturer, ship, custom clearance, to their warehouse, then finally ship to costumers.
I was bought it as my birthday gift but now it seems more like a Back To School gift :))))

The customer support was beyond perfect, support with patience, professionals and customer care style.

After i view the reviews, i think the reason that cost for delay are big chance the rules of EU, which is import.

I've been wanting one of these boards forever and finally took the plunge! The new Max6 is just too tempting for a fun-loving person like me. It's so powerful. Worth the price.

Me llegó el paquete de Alemania a España un poco chafado. Contacté por mail con maxfind y me atendieron genial, me dijeron que lo revisara bien y que si había cualquier problema con el patinete me lo solucionaban. Lo he estado probando unos días y de momento perfecto.

Ces planches tout-terrain sont vraiment top! La batterie dure longtemps, I'interface XT90 est pratique, elles sont super maniables, les monteurs de roues et les pneus L'entretien est très facile.

After I placed my order, it took them 4-5 months to tell me my address didn't work for them. Guess what? My address works for everything else I ever ordered online.

The more I asked about the continuous delays, the weirder their explanations became. When I started asking for my money back, they were big on the promises, but ended up just plain ghosting me.

Never got the skateboard, never got my $1200 back. Thanks for nothing, Maxfind.

Bought the Max 2 pro x series but got the Max 2 pro single motor. I almost have the board for a month now and I am more than happy with it. I contacted Maxfind and we solved it by refunding the price difference. Even though it’s a single motor, it has a lot of power. It’s just a shame that I got the wrong board, but those things happens. Contact with customer service was also great. Yeah you have to wait a bit, but there responses are easy to understand.

Maxfind has a great service. The Email communication was very helpful for me. I am satisfied with this product.

very unique deck material paired with high quality powerful motors and dual kingpins makes for a very silent and smooth comfortable riding experience. my rear truck broke and i got a free replacement covered by warranty. 100/10 highly recommend.

The customer service person was really helpful and sorted everything out for me quickly.

Bought the Maxfind MAX2 Pro Mini. Great board for riding around town. Love everything about it, really powerful and awesome to ride! Also Maxfind support was great to communicate with! Very Happy!

This board has been great, takes a little getting used too. The staff was helpful with trouble shooting issues.

Just bought the Max5 (single motor)
Unfortunately there was some custom delays. So the delivery was delayed a couple of weeks. HOWEVER! Maxfind offered a upgrade to the duo motor and shipped it right away. Received it yesterday, and have already been on three long trips with it. Great board! My daughter also loves it (maybe even more than me)

I will give the service and shipping 10/10☆ it took 5 days to arrive to Denmark and everything was incredible. It was fully charged when unboxing. So I went on a 6 kilometer ride. And everything was perfect super quality. I ordered the max2pro.x . And I will buy the long boards to. And BTW i had a couple of questions and I talked to Kevin from support and he is getting 10/10☆ to . Thanks alot
