ORDERING WAS SLICK, AND WHEN A CABLE WAS MISSING FROM A PUMP SET ON CYLINDER, DAVID ACTUALLY DROVE IN HIS CAR TO MY OFFICE AND DROPPED OFF THE MISSING PART. GREAT SERVICE ALLOWING MY GUYS TO COMPLETE THE ASHP INSTALL. THANKS

Our direct tank sprang an internal leak, leading to the header tank overflowing and us needing to bail it out! Bradley at McDonalds was so helpful and we got our new tank within a week, and got help putting it in the car! The new one fits well, and so far is giving us plenty of hot water. Great customer service, and a great local product.

After 12 years our existing Thermastore developed a fault where the "heat exchanger" inside the tank was leaking water from the tank into the hot water system cooling the tank and triggering the overflow. We wanted an exact replacement in order to minimise fitting difficulties. Our original build record was found and with a few photos from us a replica was built and shipped in double quick time. So quick, in fact, that our plumber has not been able to fit it yet! Excellent service, and hopefully the new one will not develop a similar fault due to the heat exchanger being better supported inside the tank.

An efficient and well managed solution to my 'hot water cylinder' dilemma. The sale was handled by Don Anderson who was engaging and knowledgeable throughout, steering me to most effective product from a comprehensive range.

Needed to replace a 24yr old Open Vented Cylinder which had developed a leak. Many plumbers wanted to steer us into installing an Unvented system which would have meant a lot more unnecessary disruptive building & pipe work. Luckily I found McDonalds Water Storage and thanks to Tiff, Sara & the Team who were able to assist me with purchasing a suitable an Open Vented Cylinder. This was delivered by a professional Carrier, with a helpful driver, on time ready for my plumber to install the next day. Would highly recommend this company.

Professional and friendly attitude from everyone I dealt with. I was treated as a genuinely valued customer even though I was just one private individual and not a company with a bulk order. The price was superb, as were their (successful) efforts to deliver the cylinder so as to suit my timings. I had a McDonald cylinder before and it way exceeded its supposed 'life' and they still had one to fit the existing connections. Big shout out especially to Kyle, Sara and Mike.

I have been using McDonald Water Storage for many years to provide all my hot water cylinder needs, both vented and unvented, both of standard and bespoke design and I have never been let down.
Our most recent purchase was very mundane in the extensive design and range of cylinders, both copper and stainless steel, that McDonald Water Storage provide, but as usual my enquiry was dealt with entirely professionally and efficiently, the cylinder was delivered on time and beautifully wrapped and protected, as has always been my past experience. It is now installed and working efficiently. This order was by no means the biggest and was not one to stretch the imagination of the McDonald Water Storage Team, but their attention to all detail was, as always, focused and efficient, just as my experience in my previous employment and as it has continued to be with the set up of my new company.
I will be looking to place my next order with them very shortly in the confidence that has been provided by past and continued experience.
