It was good but the application process of the phone took almost two and a half hours so that part I didn't like but other than that I don't have any problems with it.

They listened to what I had to say and I got the plan I needed.
They were quick, and when comparing other plans it was a no nonsense type of response and flat out let me know that UHC was the way to go.

The licensed agent was so articulate and professional. He was very knowledgeable about Medicare Advantage Plans in Arizona.
