I got to speak with a licensed agent who went into detail about what would work for me. He was very clear and explained things very well. I was very happy with the outcome as I found the right plan for me and was able to enroll immediately

Since I had researched policies, she confirmed what I found as well. She went through all my doctors and medications so my coverage is consistent for 2026.

My license agent Denise was very congenial and concise about all my questions. She took her time explaining everything and was unrushed to complete the application process. I would recommend her to any customer looking for insurance needs.

The rep took the time to answer all of my questions.

I was given the impression that she had all the time in the world to help me understand all about the Humana Choice Give Back Plan. Then we realized that my current plan did not include my current physician. We entered the new doctor I had been directed to see. I feel educated and ready to go when the 2026 Year begins.

Rep Katrina Watson was fantastic. She explained my new benefits thoroughly. She was friendly and made the entire phone call enjoyable. She knew how to provide me with the details of my new plan quickly. I appreciated her pleasant demeanor and professional attitude.
