I had my board just over two months ago and I’m experiencing battery issues, however the meepo team agreed to send me a new battery! Overall I like the product!

What an amazing company I bought my son an electric skateboard unfortunately we ended up having a problem with the battery i messaged this company and with minutes they responded. We were over our warranty.
And they still offered to ship a battery for free they have excellent customer service and I will definitely buy from here again
Meepo rocks
I own two Meepo boards, a mini ER and hurricane, love both. Almost zero issues and when I did have one I was out of warranty and they still covered it! Over 1,000 miles on hurricane and 300 on mini pretty much tires and bearings have been only things needed.I recommend for sure.
The mepo voyager x is an incredible…
The mepo voyager x is an incredible machine.! I'm two hundred pounds and I cruise at speeds 32mph+ I have yet to try the 110mm wheels witch will increase the top speed . I get at least twenty five miles a charge. Mind you that's riding speed mode 4, up and down hills, carving aggressively ! Also, this was a refurbished model. Came with 40 miles on it almost brand new. I only paid $700. If you put all that into consideration, this is hands down the best board for the price on the entire planet! Shred lights are compatible and for my rear brake light I use the IWonder which can be purchased on Amazon. The only issue I have, which is a very small issue is the fact that they cover the screws with the grip tape. However, since the grip tape is foamy and thick, it's very easy to pull up and poke holes through it ! Lastly, I have not had an issue with subordinate nor have. I had to order a replacement part. However, I have been in constant communication with customer service. They always reply within twenty four hours and When I thought I had an issue and needed a new part they walked me through how to fix the board myself. So far great service 👍
Best service after the sale!
They have not forgotten about the service after the sale. I have bought three boards from them for a reason. Two V3’s and a Hurricane. I’m glad I listened to others and went with this company
Quick support that actually fixes issues
Meepo has been so good to me when it came to addressing some issues I was having with my board. Unfortunately my battery shorted and was completely broken, emailed the folks and they sent me a new battery without any hesitation. Coming from a really poor customer support experience with Backfire, Meep has had great customer support & I definitely recommend considering their products. Thanks Meepo!

Fast and easy, just had to send a video and they sent me a batterie. Did not expect such a fast response.

Over the last 5 plus years I have grown to both admire and respect the Meepo brand. Even when I was buying parts directly from Kieran I was always reassured that integrity was his guiding principle. No company has been more fair with complaints or problems I have had than Meepo.
Great Product, Great Service
Recently swapped my 90mm stock PU wheels for their new 105mm Meepo doughnut wheels on my Meepo Mini 2 ER and they look and feel amazing.
This has been the second time I have had to put my lack in DIY proficiency with my Meepo board but their customer service has been thorough & extensive in delivering support providing videos and advice as necessary. Both their product and service has been beyond expectations—ordered on July 18, 2023 and received on July 24, 2023—from China to Perth, Australia in six days (shout-out to DHL). Thanks Bonnie!
Meepo V5 Charging lead.
Wrote to Meepo about a problem with a lead I bought to harge batteries outisde of the battery enclosure. They agreed that their own website was unclear and that they would send me a new lead to replace the one I bought. How many companies would admit they are wrong? Brilliant service and hopefully the website can now be corrected. Well done Meepo. :)
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NO SUPPORT AND LOST BOARD
I was given an incorrect tracking number and support claims it's correct. There is no way of finding where my board is at the moment and I cannot get my money back as the only way to do so is to "return the board" (disappeared).
Horrible customer service!

Meepo Electric Skateboard: Misassembled, Injury, Wrong Parts, and Dismissive Support
Meepo Hurricane Bamboo Gear Drive
I placed my order, but it took a month before the product was shipped out. I had asked for a refund however upon doing so was told the board had now shipped and a refund was no longer an option, I recieved tracking details a week later. The board arrived two months later.
Within just four weeks of receiving the Meepo Hurricane Ultra, the rear wheel suddenly locked up, causing an injury to myself. The board was unusable in its current state.
Upon contacting support, they provided troubleshooting guidance, but it was for the wrong model. After confirming the correct model with support, Support identified the issue, as problems with the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) and motors.
Meepo responded promptly by sending a new set of motors and ESC along with some free spare wheels as an apology. Unfortunately, only the spare wheels arrived, and they were accessories for the wrong board, despite confirming my board model with support.
I contacted support again, only to find out that the ESC and motors had been rejected by customs after a lengthy shipping time.
Meepo then sent a replacement ESC, but two ESCs arrived for the wrong model board after again another lenghty shipping time.
After further confirmation with support, they finally shipped out the correct replacement ESC, which arrived after yet another lenghty shipping time.
However, even with the new hardware in place, the issue persisted. Frustrated, I decided to disassemble the motor assembly myself and discovered that the grub screw in the gear had come loose (no locktight was applied), causing damage to the surrounding motor mount and occasional locking up of the rear wheel. (The grub screw on the oposing motor assembely was also missing locktight)
This loose grub screw also created metal shavings that had worked there way into the motor and gear drive, potentially causing further damage.
Now, over three months since I received my board, it has not been in a working condition since the incident.
Contacting support again proved inefficient and ineffective, prompting me to request a return and refund for the board. Unfortunately, Meepo is refusing to honor the return and refund, citing high costs to ship the battery back to China.
The ongoing conversation with Meepo is becoming increasingly challenging.
Meepo is the best
Had an issue with my charger but Bonnie helped me out and I’ll be back cruising on my board soon, it’s refreshing to have a company and customer service support that care and help solve to problem instead of running me around in circles, Thanks again Bonnie

Water Damage Solutions
I got my board as a gift for Christmas, and rode it way to early in the season. There was a bunch of slush on the ground and it ended up ruining my whole board. It got a bunch of water into the front part of the board where all of the essential electronics are. I reached out to the support team and they sent me a new battery. That didn’t solve our problem at first because I didn’t know what my problem was yet. After installing my new battery the same problem was occurring. Sent another email with some pictures of those electronics and they sent me a new board. I have never in my life had such good customer service. This company knows what they’re doing. Couldn’t recommend any other board too. Three speeds which are all enjoyable.
City Rider 1 is the one of best…
I think City Rider 1 is the one of best model among all kind of electric skate boards.
As you know, the advantage of a hub motor is that it looks like a normal board, has little noise, and is advantageous for fuel economy.
I've been using the Meepo board since v2 plus. I've been through 38", 30" as well as 4wd models and City Riders 1 and 2 and now I'm riding a Hurricane.
I've experienced many different types of products from other companies (especially exway, onewow), but all of them did not last long and were sold, and now only Hurricane and City Rider 1 remain for me.
Personally, the model I was most dissatisfied with was City Rider 2, but the reason was that it was too noisy and the operation feeling was not smooth.
On the other hand, the most satisfactory model is City Rider 1. It is very quiet, has excellent carving feeling, has an appropriate mileage, has good ride comfort, and does not have to worry about tire punctures.
I can't say how much I enjoy riding…

Meepo is the worst company do not buy…
there are a lot of fake rating on this site straight from meepo say that meepo sent them part for free and right away well that bs first u have to email them they have no number to contact second you then have to take and make a video of problems then they will get back to you in 48 hours at the soonest and it will be at 12 1 am they will have to take more videos trying other stuff to fix if that doesn’t work u have to mail it back to them at own expense then in about two mounths you might get the part back there rude and don’t answer any questions on ur email only tell u wants they want you to do and will not respond to anything els on email frustrating as hell to see all these fake ratings Meepo is the worst company do not buy anything from them after I bought a nub motor kit 200$ one didn’t work sent video and only had for 5 day they won’t do anything keep emailing a day that they don’t do returns to send more videos and they will help fix I’m not fixing something that is broke from day one so I filled a cash back to get money back every one I long has said same thing they suck at there costumer service and there is no phone number
Meepo Hurricane Support Experience
Meepo Hurricane has been running great for over a year and nearly 1,000 miles. Emailed warranty about the charger port cover starting to tear, and was happy with the resolution that I assumed was going to be a replacement to just the cover. What I received was a replacement charging and power button module. It appeared to have some updates to construction over my og hurricane so I happily installed it and everything is working great. I continue to have a great experience with my board and with Meepo support.
