I had my board just over two months ago and I’m experiencing battery issues, however the meepo team agreed to send me a new battery! Overall I like the product!

This company is amazing
This company is amazing. I recently bought the v5 and i’ve ridden long boards and skateboards since i was a kid and this is easily the most fun i’ve had on a board. It is absolutely the best budget board and that should not make it sound bad saying “budget” because although i’ve only had this board i’m very confident it could go toe to toe with something like a boosted board. I got it for college since using my old skateboard worked but was not very practical. This thing is amazing like seriously it’s so much fun and so easy to learn in three month and a half i’ve had it i’ve fallen once. For someone who maybe hasn’t ridden boards and isn’t comfortable balancing like that there might be a slight learning curve but that’s bound to happen with anything new. If anything in my opinion it helps develop the necessary steps needed to ride a board as with it being electric no pushing off is required but even if you wanted to just have a longboard it’s fantastic as an unpowered board too. All in all this is fantastic for the price of 400 USD I see this as a steal as it will provide yoy with hours and hours of fun but also makes 20 min walks go down to a 3-5 min ride. I highly HIGHLY recommend purchasing the v5 or any of the meepo branded boards in general i spent a while researching boards and i’m very very happy i went with meepo they are fantastic!
Extremely Disappointing Experience
After 94 days (69 business days), I am still waiting for my skateboard to be delivered.
Despite repeated attempts to get an update, I’ve only received vague responses and broken promises of “we’ll reply within 24 hours.” I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.
Meepo's customer service is unresponsive, and I haven’t received any concrete solutions or compensation for the significant delay.
I’ve requested a refund, and I’m still waiting for any action to be taken.
If you’re considering purchasing from Meepo, be aware that the delivery time and customer service may not meet expectations. I would not recommend this company based on my current experience.
Board was great at the start but then…
Board was great at the start but then ran into issue at 200 miles. Fixed the first issue with the remote signal. Then i had a second issue soon after with my hub motor locking up and not working. Tried to take apart to see
the issue but they have a screw that is filled so I can't get the last screw out. Tried Customer service but are basically almost useless.....

Ordinato skateboard meepo flow l anno scorso tavola mai arrivata inviavo mail ogni giorno semplicemente mi prendevano in giro,il pacco probabilmente o l hanno perso o mai spedito dopo 5 mesi non mi volevano nemmeno risarcire menomale ho acquistato con PayPal e ho avuto il rimborso grazie a loro azienda poco seria e poco affidabile
I bought a meepo flow board
I bought a meepo flow board, didn't receive it at first but after I talked to the company they did a little investigation and realized I didn't get the board, they sent another one. A little over a week later I received my board. It was a little hick up in the beginning, but everything worked out in the end so I recommend this company to future E boarders. Thank you.

Horrible experience
I honestly loved the board, and everything about it was awesome, but my god did the excitement not last.
I bought a V4S, and after about 170 miles, the battery just died on me out of nowhere. When I went to turn it on, nothing happened. It was already past the small 6-month warranty, so they told me to just buy a new battery for 150$. The costumer service was absolutely horrible, and I wish I hadn’t wasted my time on it. In conclusion, I will definitely not be buying any more eboards from Meepo in the future, and I advise everyone else to stay away from them as well, unless they plan on emptying their packs with no reward.
Customer service is perfect until..
Customer service is perfect until... problems appear. They sent my order to another country due to a mistake on their part and when I cancelled the order they told me that I had to wait for the board to return to their warehouse, which took 2 weeks (but what if the shipment gets lost and doesn't return? Am I left without money and without a board?) Once they had the board in their facilities, I again requested a refund of my money and until now they have been ignoring me.
Board never received
I ordered a board from them (the 3rd one). Up to now, I have always been satisfied with their customer service. For a product that was supposed to take 5 days to ship, I still haven't received it after 3 MONTHS OF WAITING.
Whenever I ask them about this, they give me the same bullsh*t response that it would take 40-60 days to deliver, which is a LIE because it has been longer now.
I'm very disappointed in their service, and I'm now stuck because they won't give me my money back, claiming my board is in transit.

Review of Meepo, Disappointing Product and Customer Service
I purchased a Meepo City Rider 3 electric skateboard, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. After only 124 miles of use and under a year of owning the board, the motor on my board started to fail. Given that this is a nearly $1,000 product, I expected far better durability and reliability.
What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service from Meepo. I reached out to them multiple times requesting a replacement motor, but my requests have been consistently ignored. The customer service has been non-existent, leaving me with no support or solutions.
In my opinion, it's unacceptable for such an expensive product to lose support so early. Investing in a Meepo City Rider 3 was a big decision, and the poor product quality coupled with the lack of customer service has made it clear that it was a mistake. I cannot recommend Meepo to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported electric skateboard.
Does not respect shipping policy
Does not respect shipping policy, 4 months for a package estimated to take 40-60 days. The package was shipped 2 months after the order was passed and the shipping policy says 1-2 business days to process before shipping!
This is my second day after receiving…
This is my second day after receiving my Bamboo Hurricane and I can’t get enough. This board has amazing balance and acceleration and it goes anywhere that I have tried it, across grass, gravel across those annoying rumble strips. Needless to say it has surpassed all of my expectations and I have no regrets whatsoever about the money it cost. It takes a while to get to the states but the customer service team was responsive the whole process. I can’t say enough good things about this board and I’m certain that you won’t regret anything either. Great job Meepo Dudes 🙏
I ordered 2 belts for our meepo…
I ordered 2 belts for our meepo electric skateboard and after 3 weeks I emailed the company why I haven't received them. They told me that they were lost in transit and I was able to order more. Instead of apologizing and expedite my purchase and they just continued to answer my emails like it was my responsibility Instead of theirs. I still haven't received my belts 2 months later! Absolutely disgraceful way to conduct business!
It's just about the buying experience not the product:
If U life somewhere, where it is send via see shipping(Europe). Just don't buy it. Go with another brand who have there local warehouses in stock.
I wait since 22. February. Asked a few weeks ago that the 60 days, they claim the longest I have to wait, is over and where my board is. They said it should be updated in middle of may und delivered in the and of may. Today 30. Mai, still no update. So I wait for over 3 months now. And it didn't even reach my country. Really disappointed.
Do not trust this company, customer service refuses to respond
They will respond every 3 days with the same generic response. It's been 3 weeks since my lost package claim was filed and they refuse to respond to questions so I can get my refund, leaving me out of a board. Frustratingly ignorant, their customer service is essentially nonexistent.

I got this one person zorina, literally sent 2 emails, within the same 48 hours and bomb "we are sending a replacement" I love it, every other company must learn.

Beware! NO returns
The skateboard seems super nice but the fact the company won’t allow returns for any reason is unacceptable. It’s expensive and sometimes people change their mind. And it’s made in China. Big negative. Don’t recommend.
Meepo is a “Stellar” company
Meepo is a “Stellar” company! I ordered a customized Hurricane Ultra bamboo with gear drive, tubeless tires, and double king pin trucks. It was built in two weeks and shipped from Hong Kong, cleared customs and arrived in Florida a week latter. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the Hurricane Ultra! It looks awesome, and rides even better! For some reason it was shipped with the 1st. Gen charger. I contacted customer service on messenger. I was immediately speaking with a representative named Bonnie. She was so polite, and immediately contacted Meepo for me. Within one week I was pleasantly surprised with a brand new GaN charger at the door. Bonnie, and Meepo went out of their way to make sure I got everything I expected, and FAST! I have never experienced customer service like this before, and the quality of the Hurricane Ultra exceeded all expectations! I highly recommend Meepo electric boards to my friends, family and to anyone who wants not only the highest quality equipment, but the highest quality in the brand and customer service!!

Si mi hanno rimborsato le 200 euro della spedizione veloce ma sicuramente avrei preferito non aspettare 3 mesi!
23 giorni fa ho acquistato sul loro sito dei accessori ma putroppo ad OGGI NON hanno neanche spedito il Pacco!
E sempre così con le spedizioni! Almeno per l italia e I miei ordini così è sempre stato!

The Meepo Hurricane Ultra with pneumatic tires is awesome and Meepo's customer service is phenomenal with response times. I ordered tail lamps, and one wasn't working correctly. I reached out and they shipped me a replacement the same day at no charge. Nice to see a company that stands behind its products!
