Simple and easy to apply for coverage. Quick responses and very helpful. Very affordable.

My Breeze experience was an actual breeze to complete! The whole process took less than 30 minutes to complete, I received an approval within the hour and had multiple follow ups since I was underwritten. Thankful for the coverage as I protect my little family as a single parent if an emergency occurs.

Breeze customer service is phenomenal. They communicated via email and text throughout the entire process of purchasing insurance with them. It was very encouraging to know that my request was being handled by such professional people. They are very courteous and prompt with any response. I highly recommend this company!

Each rep would acknowledge me and explain if there was any hold up in the process as my application was being reviewed and confirmed. They moved fast and efficient. I love that they sent me text reminders to update my payment method as my purse was stolen and it’s a pain keeping up with what I needed to update. I also like that there were no late penalties! Great customer service all around.

For anyone who knows, disability insurance traditionally can be a bit of a hassle to buy. Can take a few days to get a quote, and there can be a lot of hoops and information needed. Then I found Breeze. I quoted, applied, and was approved in about 10 minutes!!! Thankful to have this important coverage and Breeze was definitely a breeze.

I liked being able to go through the application process by myself online rather than having to talk with a broker, but it was nice to be able to call Breeze/Assurity to help answer a few of my questions. Breeze has their name for a reason. The entire process is just that... a breeze. A1 customer service as well.

I would rate my experience with Breeze as a 4! The platform felt easy to use and understand. I deducted 1 point because I think more clarity could have been provided around the partner company providing coverage, and signing the documents. However, I was able to text an agent to ask questions in real time which I really appreciated! Also, the paperwork arrived in the mail very quickly.

I would rate my experience with Breeze a 4 out of 5. I had an amazing experience speaking with their customer service team. My rep was able to clarify some things and answer all of my questions! I also really like how easy it was to apply and the SMS notifications are great as my email inbox is often swamped. I gave it a 4 because it took longer than expected to hear a response past the confirmation of application email. The email said I would hear back in 2-3 business days but I believe it was over 5.

Breeze's platform was extremely clean and user friendly. I loved that it was straightforward without a million questions and I was approved rather quickly!
