It was actually really easy to use. I was skiddish because it was a newer company but of the quotes I received, it was the best with the best customer service. I appreciated the text updates. It is a great service.

I found out about this company on Instagram and it had nothing but great reviews! My medical practice doesn’t offer disability insurance l; so I was looking for something affordable and quick to cover me. It was an easy process and customer service has been very attentive and quick with their responses; even through email.

I’ve already recommended them to some ex coworkers of mine that are also looking for disability insurance. It was a breeze!! ;)

Easy to use company to set up insurance, and will walk you though the entire process and keep you notified each step of the way. I recommend them.

The rating I would give Breeze will be a 5. The reason for the 5 because the team communicated with me in a timely manner to request documents and provide updates on my application. Once the application was approved, an agent picked up the phone immediately to explain the terms and conditions of the policy. Overall, great support from the team.

Maria was amazing and explained my issue with my policy! I am so appreciative that she help me stay covered to protect me in the future! You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and really strives to make the feel heard and help them! Thanks for your help and I really appreciate how easy breeze makes insurance!

The application was very easy and straightforward. The company keeps you updated on the status and will let you know what additional steps or information they need throughout the process.

The Breeze team consistently answered the questions I had during the application process. This was a process that spanned a month or so with many questions answered by multiple people. If one agent was unsure, I would promptly be connected with another agent able to address the issue.

The entire process of obtaining disability insurance through Breeze was efficient, simple and professional. Customer service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone I talked to was very friendly and personable, I actually enjoyed talking with the woman (I sadly can't remember her name) who called me to ask a question about my application. The people from Assurity did a nice job of keeping me in the loop with where my application was at with text/email updates, where I never felt like I was in the mysterious underwriting black whole I've felt at other times with other companies. And there were no surprises about price increases or anything like that.
I wish if I logged onto breeze's website there would be ways to service my account like make a payment, change payment method, etc. At this point all I see is premium, coverage, and policy number. It gives me information, but there's really nothing I can do.

Very easy application process. I filled out the application online and then waited to hear back about my approval. Everyone that contacted me about my status was very helpful and kept me informed about my application every step of the way. Whenever I had a question, they were very quick to respond. Very relieved that now I have disability insurance should I ever need it. Thank you

I had a great experience with Breeze. They were very kind and responsive. I took off one star because there was almost too much communication! They followed up daily until I scheduled an interview, even when I let them know I would call them the following week. Overall, a great experience!

My experience with Breeze was fantastic! It was by far the most straightforward, smoothest and fastest experience I have had with an insurance company. I hadn't heard of Breeze before but I found it on a list of best of 2021 providers and that article was so true! I'm glad I found Breeze and should I decide to seek further insurance in the future I will definitely reach out!

I was very pleased with my experience with Breeze. The application process was painless, super easy, and the prices very reasonable. I was shocked about the entire process and how quickly it was processed, and the small price for the coverage gives me priceless peace of mind.

I had such a wonderful experience with Breeze to help me enroll in individual disability insurance. Grace Balicas was assigned to my application and she communicated regularly to let me know what was happening in the process and was very responsive to my questions. I loved that she was able to text me updates! I did have to go through a paramed exam, but even that was so convenient. The gal came to my house and we had a lovely chat while she took my blood. It was definitely nice to do a urine sample from my own bathroom.
