When I had a question, I was able to speak to an actual person who answered it and followed up via email to me.

I've applied for various types of insurance in my life, and it's always been a confusing and painstaking process. Breeze made it easy to get a quote and sign up for a disability insurance policy in a brief amount of time through their online system. I was surprised about how simple it was to do.

Super convenient that it’s all online, but it took almost 2 months to get approved. There is some communication breakdown between Assurity and Breeze

Great experience with customer service. It was easy online process.
I would say you can reduce the Underwriting time but overall it was quick and easy.

It took me about 2 hours to go through the interview, then they sent a nurse to my home to collect physical. It is really a breeze.

Easily the best experience I've had applying for any kind of insurance. Simple and user-friendly online application and a fantastic customer service team. They were very proactive and communicative throughout every step of the process, responded quickly to any questions I had, and were extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend highly!

So far a horrible experience trying to use this company.
Nice just received a letter saying I have to re-sign tomorrow to get the rate that they should have provided. The letter is dated June 9. Postage June 11. Due June 12th. No one answers the phone. So basically

Very easy to get approved-all tasks were done via phone call and electronically. The DocuSign feature is very user friendly. I always received updates from my contact person via email and text.

I really feel more secure now when the application was approved by Breeze insurance Company. We have to be ready for the outcome financially, most of our jobs theses days requires a lot of physical activities in the field. So in case something happens, I’m at least covered my expenses till I get better.

Great company to work with. Application was easy to complete, steps after took some time but nothing out of the ordinary. All parts of the process were professionally handled and I had a contact should any issues arise. I'd definitely choose them again.

We figured out the customized policy that would give me the protection I needed and from there setting it up was quick and easy. Amazing service!

I don't see how getting Disability Insurance could have been any easier. Breeze was helpful from start to finish and was never pushy to make the sale.
