Creavit Pitta toilet/bidet combo
Bought a toilet/bidet combination from Maga Bathrooms - Creavit Pitta toilet as I had seen these in Turkey and found them online with this company. Very happy with the purchase - good price and the toilet is perfect. The only issue was the delivery driver said they needed 2 people to bring up the steps to my house as it was on a pallet but once the packaging was removed the actual delivery was in several sections which could be carried in separately which was easy to do. Am intending to buy a 2nd one for the downstairs bathroom when we do that room.

Unfortunately the pallet service are not obliged to take anything inside as it is only a curbside delivery. They can however help you if they feel. This is entirely dependant upon the driver. Hi, i can understand that the bath delivered was incorrect which you notified us a few days later after which i had taken care of straight away and had the correct bath delivered the very next day. I was in communication with you throughout this order and process providing you with updates and times working around your work schedule. As explained to you the return couldn't be arranged as it was friday and the company was closed for the weeknd so we had to wait till monday.
The return was then scheduled and you later decided the correct bath no longer was the size required even though all details were provided before the order was placed and asked to return it. I had to further rebook a collection for this also. I did say there will be a charge which you didn't accept and argued.
To save time and going back and forth i did not charge you and took the loss of over £120 (plus VAT) in transport charges furthermore restocking charges. I also provided you with a FULL REFUND inc delivery charge. I think this review is unfair considering all the above. Thank you

Great service
Ordered my new toilet and basin in cabinet on line and had it delivered in no time.

Broken item received.
Due to the pandemic our work to replace our bathroom was delayed, when the toilet seat package was opened it was discovered that the seat was broken. The response from this company when I reported this was “Hi, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately this delivery was done by our own driver and all items were checked before and after delivery was made. Therefore i cant issue a refund on the item as it is way past the report date. All issues/damages have to be reported 48hrs after delivery has been made.” When the items were delivered the packages were left with us, they were not opened and checked upon delivery by their driver. The review is based on the service received by the customer services representative who replied to my email, and the fact that we ordered only a toilet which was not received without damage.

Hi, i have reviewed the case and our customer service team were correct in the reply provided. You forgot to mention that you were offered a replacement seat at below net price without any extra charges. Which in this circumstance is fair especially when the order was delivered over 2 months ago. Furthermore All items are checked before and after delivery has been made by the driver and consumer who then signs the delivery note. We believe we have done all we can to help and have been reasonable. Thank you

The bathroom suite
The bathroom suite that we ordered was brilliant for the price. Communication with Billy was brilliant. The only downside was when we made the purchase we were told that it would be delivered on the following Tuesday. I think it was eventually delivered late Thursday which delayed our works.

Shocking company
Shocking company . We are a plumbing and heating company that use multiple merchants. A customer had selected a couple of items they wanted from mega bathrooms which we ordered. 2 identical items ordered and they don’t match when they show up. Broken items and missing items. The over all quality of the sanitary is poor and not made to last. The delivery driver had spilled out half of the items across the van and handed me a sandwich bag of what he thought went with my sanitary (they didn’t). I had to source items from other suppliers to make the sanitary functional. Customer service have an attitude and don’t want to know .
Very risky to order from this company

Hi, This order was prepared by myself and organised with my own driver. I checked everything before shipping also took images before and also after the items were delivered by my driver after he had placed the items where you requested after you had checked and signed the delivery note. No item,s were missing at all. All items were checked off. It took you a further 2+ weeks to email us stating 1 of the seats is damaged and upon seeing the damaged it looked like it was dropped. Even if you are the busiest person it doesn't take you that long to re-check the items after delivery has taken place. Our customer service team is very friendly and understanding towards all customers. I don't appreciate a false review of service and your comments regarding the products. Thank you

The service was perfect
The service was perfect, thank you! Fast delivery! One of the items was the wrong colour but it was exchanged the next day, therefore, the service was perfect! We haven't installed the products yet but I hope they will work just fine!
