Where is my grout??
Where is my grout??
Please see my edit below my original review*
Ordered some grout on 28th October and received email letting me know it should be with me by 4th November, this was fine as I needed it by the 5th for a job that is a 3 hour drive away.
Unfortunately it is now the 9th November, I still don't have it and their phone number is not working.

After reading my 1 star review I was contacted by Mega bathrooms, they apologised and apparently sent a new bag of grout out on a speedy delivery.
The grout has now arrived, it was well packaged and that was lucky as it was just left at the door of my property (no attempt at ringing the bell or knocking had been made) thankfully one of my colleagues discovered it and brought it to me.
I have only increased my rating to 3 stars as unfortunately, although they responded quickly after my 1 star review and although I understand it is not Mega Bathrooms fault directly, I have still been greatly inconvenienced, I have to make a 3 hour return trip that I was not planning on making.
Hermes can make as many excuses as they like regarding delivery, the fact is presumably my first order is "lost" and once I complained about that it only took two days for the new one to arrive.
My suggestion would be that they look into changing courier, Hermes are constantly being complained about and I would think twice about ordering anything from a company in future if I knew that was their preferred choice.

I will definitely highly recommend this company. Once placed order online received phone call confirmation person I'm sure his name was Billy (sorry if spell wrong) on the phone was very professional and helpful. They kept me updated with order status. Received phone call to confirm delivery date. All items delivered buy Asif who made me check all the items. All in perfect condition. I will be definitely recommending them and buying from this company in future. I'm really happy to fund them on Google search.

Two orders - very happy
I've ordered twice from this company and have not been disappointed either time. Most items were in stock when ordered. Other items were available really quickly. Staff at pick up point were helpful. Communication very good.

Ordered 2 toilets, and apart from no email stating an actual delivery day, all was good, and fast delivery. Luckily I'm working from home and was here when the driver rang to say he was 15min away.

I ordered a sink and vanity unit from this company it came two days later unfortunately it was the wrong vanity unit but correct sink . I spoke to a nice man called billy he apologised for the mistake and he made sure I had my correct vanity unit by personally delivering it down to Caerphilly for mean a Saturday in time for my dads funeral I would definitely recommend this company as customer service was great thanks guys

Bathroom suite was meant to be complete package was was no front bath panel. I did ring company that said would refund me £20.00 to buy a bath panel. Still waiting for money to go into my account at this time. Received refund today.Thank you.
