"Stylist" didn't speak a word to me the entire haircut. She did say "Glasses" after we started. I took this to mean "Would you please take off your glasses?" Didn't ask "How short would you like it?" etc. Didn't ask if I liked the cut when finished. She did tell me it looked cool when she was done. She also did inform me this was her second job and she was tired. What a joke.
Did not offer the standard hot towel wrap or neck/shoulder massage which is suppose to be included.
Told her it was a terrible haircut after I paid. I was foolish enough to leave a tip. She just walked away.
AVOID Men's Hair House. Their standard of quality has hit new lows.
UPDATE: Someone named "Crystal" kept contacting me regarding my visit. I NEVER requested a follow-up call. I never gave permission to disseminate my personal cell phone number. WHY WAS MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER MADE AVAILABLE TO HER? She made lots of excuses for the stylist. She kept sending me unwanted texts. Men's Hair House is out of control. I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior.
