Merlinsminiatures レビュー

Dealt with a guy called Sam, from the first email clearly both a human being and scene fan. Everything was nicely prompt, example sent my photos via email and had a quote back within the hour. The quote was the same as 2 other similar buyers l spoke to offered, but what Sam did opposite was estimated and added postage to the offer instead, winner. From start to finish, 5 days to get quote, ship 48 tracked to money in bank via transfer.

Very professional, knowlegable service; communication maintained throughout. Cannot find fault, so dont change MMs, keep it up.

Father Nurgle be praised.

Sold my collection of mixed complete and incomplete minis with Merlins, and they were both very quick to respond to the enquiry and very fair with their prices! Wonderful to know my old army is in good hands.

Fantastic offer for my old minis. The staff was always easily within reach and we had excellent and quick communication.

Found an old box of warhammer in the attic. Took some photos and uploaded them to Merlinsminitures. Received a quote next day. Shipped them off and the money was in my bank account as soon as they received them. Simple, easy to deal with all went to plan.

Just disposed of an inherited collection to Merlin Miniatures. Couldn’t have been easier - sent them some, photos, got a decent offer, dropped the figures off and they transferred the money there and then. Bit tempting to spend money in their new outlet.

Couldn’t ask for more really. Sam gave me loads of help throughout the process and made it as simple as possible for me to trade my unused models for cash. Definitely recommend and will be using again. Thank you Merlin Miniatures.

Overseas buyer here — shipment was easy to track and arrived quickly!

Excellent service , Merlinsminiatures is the best around. Highly recommended for all your war hammer needs .

Beautiful packing and exceptional speed of service

Great service - super quick & friendly. Thankyou

The item arrived in very good timing. However, the figure was broken. I super glued it back together as it was only a small £5 figure to paint for fun. Although, it could be useful to add some extra padding inside of the box as these figures are super delicate on a good day. Any extra packing is useful with this material😌

Good prices and fast delivery . Everything ok .

Very good, was paid quickly, they were very patient with me even when i kept adding more items to the stuff i was selling. will sell models to them again in future

Excellent item. Quick delivery and well packaged. A+

Excellent value and super fast service. I will be a regular customer.

Fast and very helpful communication and a really easy way to sell my old miniatures! Overall a great service and highly recommended.

100 % recommend this company, the delivery arrives quick, they warn you of customs costs and everything goes without a fuss.

Superb Service!
