Great experience. Shipping was very fast and the miniatures were very well protected. A+

Sold a lot of my warhammer to these guys, spoke with Sam throughout who was fair and transparent throughout the whole process. They came and picked it up for me to. Thanks guys -will definitely use you again when my pile of shame gets too shameful again!

I have used both the buying and selling with Merlins Miniatures, both process were extremely straight forward, communication was consistently excellent throughout and the trade-in code was extremely straight forward to use. I highly recommend them

I purchased an item during the Miniatures for Mental Health Charity event: A custom Miniature on a scenic plinth. The item arrived ahead of schedule and packed very well ensuring that both the mini and the plinth arrived in perfect condition. They also included a few extras in the box (some bits for future projects, sticker and a coupon) along with a handwritten note thanking me for participating in the charity event.

Once again it was another great experience dealing with Merlins Miniatures. Brilliant communication, polite and professional throughout. Thanks you.

good delivery time, brilliant models. Thank you

Easy sale of miniatures on two separate occasions. Paid good prices, paid for postage, and immediate money through PayPal. Sam was a legend with great communication.

I can confidently say that I would purchase from Merlin's Miniatures again in a heartbeat, and in fact, I've already been back and got some more hobby goodies from them! The customer service was incredible, and they helped resolve an issue caused by the delivery personnel in double quick time!
