The package came in good time, though the amount of packaging was far more than the item really needed the item was well protected and arrived in excellent condition.

My book was delivered in good time, and in excellent condition. My one criticism is that the book was previously owned by a smoker, and has a distinct odour. This would have been useful information to have in the item description.

sold some miniatures and had fantastic service..could not ask for more!
clear instructions, great price and good communication.
will be using them again.

Fantastic experience selling our unwanted Warhammer to Sam and the team. Great communication, super friendly and professional (getting to meet a beautiful dog was a bonus!). Thank you!

Bought some sealed LOTR and perfect condition, great delivery and answered all questions

Merlin’s Miniatures give a great and speedy service, also there was no messing around or long waits. I would definitely recommend if your looking to gain more funds to buy new minis lol

Had a very positive experience with Merlin Miniatures. Response to my initial enquiry was very quick and payment for the items I supplied was done straight away. Would recommend using this company.

The delivery was very fast. The Bureau for International Exchange on my end was very slow. Despite all tampering done by customs, the product was in excellent condition and with enough protection to ensure its safety.

Fab company to deal with, quick response and a great offer for my stuff, will definitely use in future

Got in touch with Merlins Miniatures via their website to enquire about selling some minis. They came back to me very quickly with a really reasonable quote. Sam was provided all the information and the transaction was smooth. I'll definitely be using them again when it comes to having another clear out!

Great experience , very smooth and responsive. Was my first time selling miniatures and can say was a great experience .

This is my first time using Merlin Miniatures to sell some items, and I found the whole experience very streamlined and positive.

Sam, from Customer Service, was very responsive in our email conversation, and I feel I was offered a fair price for my items from the first offer. Furthermore, Sam honoured the (now outdated) "20% extra" policy if the offer is taken as store credit because I queried the 10% extra he originally offered. This was very gracious on his part, and it was appreciated.

Overall, I am very happy with the whole interaction and I will be using Merlin Miniatures again to sell my stuff!

Quick responses and willing to work with me despite lots of mid transaction changes.

Dealt Sam who was pleasant and professional. Overall a great transaction and were quick with payment.

Thanks Merlin Miniatures!

Really helpful and useful service. Were quick to respond and pay for delivered items.
