Rachel made it super easy to make an order at Mike’s dive store! She was so helpful and her knowledge is really extensive, which is a good thing as these guys stock SUCH a huge range of stuff. It’s impressive!! I wasn’t forced to spend a lot of money either; there was no ‘the more money you spend the better the equipment is’ story. Went into the shop today to address an issue I had with a mask I bought online that was a poor fit and was uncomfortable and leaked a bit - I was served by Isabelle - she was incredibly helpful and I now have a much more comfortable mask thanks to Isabelle and her knowledge in how masks should fit. Thank you!!

What an absolutely fantastic experience! My son and I travelled all the way from Nottingham to visit Mike's Dive Store in London to buy some diving equipment, and it was worth every mile.

Before we travelled, the team went above and beyond by reserving multiple sets of equipment for my son so we could make sure he had the right sizes and the best options available when we arrived. That level of customer service gave us complete confidence that the journey wouldn't be wasted.

When we got to the store, we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable team whose expertise was second to none. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the different options, and made sure we left with the equipment that was right for us rather than trying to make a quick sale.

The store itself is fantastic, with a huge range of quality equipment and everything beautifully laid out.

A massive thank you to everyone at Mike's Dive Store for making our visit such a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for diving equipment or expert advice. We'll definitely be back!

He helped with not just the selection of gear for recreational diving but also gave sound advice for choices as would relate to future tech diving progression. Highly recommend that anyone looking for advice to start the conversation with him.

My purchasing experiences with Mikes Dive Store have been overwhelmingly positive and I highly recommend their products and services. I ordered a wetsuit(I'm out of the country) that was too small, and they have made my return and exchange exceedingly easy. I had a replacement in the right size within a few days. I found this store because of their great prices, but I will keep coming back because of the friendly, professional service. I'm so glad I found this company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The shop has a great selection of diving equipment, and I bought a wetsuit, a BCD, and a few other diving essentials. I’m really pleased with everything. A special thank you to Lily, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose exactly what I needed. Her excellent advice made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I used Mikes Dive store WhatsApp service and spoke with Rissa. I asked a load of questions regarding the Scubapro 620ti package I was interested in. Every single question was quickly answered which made my mind up that this was the perfect set up for me to pair with my Hydros Pro. Nothing was too much trouble for Rissa and I received the best customer service!

I wanted to buy a prescription face mask, so I contacted the support centre who were brilliant, sent them WhatsApp asking for advice pre ordering, they said if I order it and then send them the order number and my prescription they would double check I had the correct spec, and would fit the lenses in the mask, so was so easy to do, many thanks for all the help, and look forward to receiving it.

The correspondence has been consistently unprofessional, and assurances given were not honoured. Next-day dispatch, as advertised and promised, did not occur, and securing the advertised no-questions-asked returns required repeated emails and telephone calls. Furthermore, it took six days to obtain a returns address, unreasonably delaying the exercise of my statutory rights.

I travelled up to London especially to buy a new BCD and absolutely loved the bright spacious shop. Flo, the sales assistant, was so helpful, kind and patient with me as I swanned around the shop trying on various jackets. The colour I wanted was not in store so Flo advised me to go online, which I did and the new one arrived within days.

This company really looks after its customers something I personally experienced recently. I purchased and item and when it arrived with me I discovered that it was actually the wrong item. I had opened the package containing the item which is actually outside the returns policy. I contacted The company and explained what I had done and offered to pay for the “ wrong” item but I was asked to return the item to the store. Much to my suprise the correct item arrived within a few days with no charge. The lady at the company who dealt with my problem was very professional and polite. I would highly re commend this store to divers looking to purchase diving equipment…….Brilliant service, thank you👌

I was trying to order some sweet dive equipment from Dubai but was having issues with my online order. I reached out to the store over WhatsApp and Rachel was super helpful and sorted my order out for me so I could collect it when I visit London next week. She was super helpful, cheerful and efficient. This is the second time I’m buying equipment from Mikes and every time I’ve had a great service experience with their staff. they have a wide selection of the best equipment. I will be back for more.
