Great service from Tom. Personable, friendly, super knowledgeable. Haven’t bought kit for years so it was a great experience.

I’ve contacted Mikes Dive store a few times when needing new kit. I’ve booked online chats to phone calls. Every time they have supplied me with ample information and advice. From prescription lenses and masks, kids BCD for my son when he first started out, to wetsuit sizing and fit. Most recently I WhatsApp’d them to ask about a new BCD as I’ve got a few big trips coming up including Galapagos. Greg went above and beyond to give me as much info and even a recent review of the model for me to make a choice.

Really easy website to navigate and choose my items, post my purchase, updates were great. There was an issue with the delivery with Royal Mail, I escalated this and was dealt with by Greg and the team really quickly and turned out to be human error with Royal Mail. comms from Greg along with confidence I'll have my items has been fantastic. All items now received and will definitely use again - Thanks for everything!

Although we are both experienced divers we decided to travel from Essex to the store in Chiswick as the we really felt we would need some advise on buying new BCD's and regulators. Tom (who is the manager) and a dive instructor himself looked after us brilliantly. He was extremely patient spending almost 2 hours with us and his advise on the right level of equipment and the pro & cons of each was excellent. He did not try to sell us the most expensive equipment instead what was absolute right for us and our requirements.

Really good service and advice, no pressure sales. Helpful to be able to try and buy, definitely worth the journey rather than buying online.

After hemming and hawing over buying a new dive computer (the Perdix 2) along with the Swift GPS AI module, I finally decided to take the plunge and place my order with Mike's Dive Store.

Shortly after ordering, I realised I hadn't selected the express delivery option to Northern Ireland. With only three days before flying to Gozo for a week of diving, I was worried the equipment wouldn't arrive in time.

I contacted Mike's Dive Store and was assisted by Rissa, who was absolutely fantastic. She quickly understood the urgency of the situation, liaised with the warehouse team, and helped arrange dispatch within an hour. Thanks to Rissa and the warehouse team's exceptional efforts, the items arrived in plenty of time before my trip.

The service I received was outstanding from start to finish. Excellent communication, genuine customer care, and a team that clearly goes above and beyond for its customers. My new equipment performed brilliantly in Gozo, and the whole experience has left a lasting impression.

I'll definitely be ordering from Mike's Dive Store again and would highly recommend them to any diver looking for great products backed up by first-class customer service.

Sorry but my experience was not good (April 2022). Only just registered with Trustpilot. Ordered a wetsuit for my wife online, tried it on, too small and returned. They attempted to charge a £50 fee for damage to a seal, which I disagree with (as an instructor I know how to use wetsuits). Never again.

Absolutely fantastic! Good choice of items, friendly and helpful - and items arrive when they say. Also, a couple of items weren't quite what I wanted - and they accepted returns, no quibble, no messing around!

We needed bcd and reg equipment for ours son’s pending dive master. A phone call with Nish couldn’t have been easier! He clearly explained all the options, packages and nuances of the equipment and together we decided on the most appropriate sizes and brand. This was excellent service. The end of the call resulted in my basket being filled and an easy payment link. If we’d battled through this ourselves it would’ve taken ages and I’m sure that some components would’ve been forgotten. We can’t recommend enough 🥰🕶️🐠

Amazing customer support from Rissa. I changed my shipping address as I have moved since my last purchase and as I submitted the order it defaulted back to my old address! Contacted customer support immediately in a panic quoting my order number and everything was amended straight away and shipped to the correct address. Would definitely recommend Mike's Dive Store for great service snd products.

​I initially bought a Tusa HD from your Amazon shop, but unfortunately, the buckle was broken, so I had to return it via Amazon. After that, I ordered a Cressi Quantum. While the size was spot on for my face, the quality of the mask was quite shocking—honestly, as hard as a car tyre! I sent it back for store credit, not realising the process could take up to 14 days.

​With a trip fast approaching, I got in touch with your customer service. The lovely Rachel went completely above and beyond to sort my refund out in time so I could order a Tusa Elite. It arrived perfectly on time (though, ironically, the nose pocket on this one is way too small for this hippo nose of mine! 🤣🤣🤣).

​I just wanted to drop a message to say that these little hiccups can happen when ordering online. It’s the customer service afterwards that keeps people coming back, and you guys handled it absolutely brilliantly. Massive thanks to Rachel and the rest of the team!

Had a great selection of diving equipment and accessories, I spent over £2600.00, the person who assisted and advised me was great. For the sum I spent yiu would have thought there might have been some form of loyalty reward, discount, vouchers. But aske the manager and a simple No, if I hadn’t been going on my dive trip the next day, I would have left and gone elsewhere. So an opportunity to show an appreciation of customer, guaranteed a return loyal customer, created someone that would have made recommendations to other divers lost. Oh well I’ll take my and my families business elsewhere, as I got to literally buy what I bought today 3 more time 🤔 so a potential £7.5k oh well

The team at Mikes Dive Store could not have been more helpful and proactive when I sent in my dive computer for servicing. Polite, prompt and supper efficient!!
