Thank you for the great service from Charlie in the store this afternoon. He was a pleasure to talk to, genuinely interested in my requirements and very knowledgeable with the advice he gave. And all without any sales pressure or upselling, just well-qualified facts.

I bought a new dive mask with a bifocal lens from Mikes. I used their video consultation and asked for online advice. Nish was the guy who helped me throughout the whole process and was superb. He gave me great advice and kept me up to date with when my mask would be sent. He was really helpful and made the whole process extremely easy. I would certainly recommend Nish and the team at Mike’s divers!!

We received great customer service at the Chiswick store ( ?Tom?-red-head, told us he plays in a rapp band ).
Despite the store being really busy in the last hour before closing time, he was super attentive in helping purchase a CEOS mask with prescription Iens inserts. He was really knowledgeable about which mask would suit a narrow face etc and did loads of tests to check that I chose a mask that had the best seal. In the end my husband bought a new mask as well even though he hadn’t planned to!
I’ve just finished a week Liveaboard and the mask was perfect . I also bought a Fourth Element thermocline vest and some mask cleaning product.

Am so grateful to Tom from Mikes Dive Store he was super helpful as my dive computer broke and am really looking forward to getting the Suunto Novo as its perfect for me. Thanks a million guys have a super day! Best wishes Melanie

We have been buying kit and getting it serviced from Mike's for years now. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the service is always excellent. Even when small hiccups happen, they are great at sorting things out with good, timely updates and explanations. Just a really well run business with customers at the centre of what they do.

I ordered a new dive mask from Mike’s Dive Store and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The website was easy to navigate, prices were competitive, and the checkout process was smooth. Delivery was prompt and well packaged.

What really stood out is their 60-day hassle-free returns policy — it gave me the confidence to order more than one mask to compare at home and return what I didn’t need. Their returns process is clearly explained and customer service is responsive.

Charlie is amazing! Not only did he share so many useful insights and showed his professionalism with the gears, but he’s actually care about his customers and can actually make recommendations tailored to their needs.

I live in Cambridge and generally it takes me about two hours to drive there. However, you know, the traffic in London can be a nightmare from now and then. ( or all the time) The day I travelled to the shop actually cost me 3 hours and I just missed the opening time.

When Charlie opened the gate he literally saved my day. I really appreciate and think he deserves a big raise for being voluntarily working overtime just to help a customer out. And that’s the reason I’d love to put my faith in a store like this.

some of my equipment that was left for servicing was mislaid and Steve replaced everything old for new immediately. Honest service cannot go unnoticed and so if you value customer service, then shop here for all things diving and just forget the rest.

The customer service is outstanding. My order was taking longer than expected. The same day I contacted the dive store I got a response and full resolution from Tom. My order has now been shipped next day delivery. Always makes me feel safe ordering from Mikes.

The customer service is worth it!… After a really helpful video consultation with Nish, I placed my order late and was worried my order wouldn’t make it in time for our trip (my bad planning!) but I phoned and got through to Tom in store who fixed the order and personally made sure it was sent out on time. Everything went to plan and the kit arrived safely and having completed our trip I’m very pleased with the advice I got!

Visited for new snorkelling and diving gear for an upcoming trip.
Staff were friendly, experienced, very knowledgeable and willing to help as much as possible taking time to ensure everything was right for us.

Knowledgable staff- able to discuss my needs for best swim wetsuit. Adan was able to offer choice and when I decided on a size that wasn’t in the shop, he sourced one in the warehouse and got Dhl delivery for next day delivery.

Excellent advice and service from Tom on a mask for UV/HEV protection. Definitely a trusted company for divers on a par with Wex for photographers. Competitive prices. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

What a pleasurable experience it was buying masks for our forthcoming diving holiday from this great store. Charlie couldn’t have done more for us…he was friendly and welcoming and extremely knowledgable about the products. We ended up with perfectly fitting masks. I ordered some stuff for next day delivery. Only part of the order arrived. General confusion as to why this was. If they'd told me they couldn't fulfil when i placed the order i could have gone elsewhere. Now instead of 36 hours to find a replacement part to go diving I have 6. Cheers guys, I won't be back, you need to be able to rely on people when it comes to diving.

To be fair, they offered a refund, but some sort of notification to let me know they were going to let me down would have been appreciated.

Went into store to buy some new fins for my next dive holiday. Your colleague who served me was great, really helpful - presented various options and took the time to understand my needs. Will definitely be buying here again
