Booking was very easy as I phoned through and they sent me a secured link. Price was very competitive. Confirmation sent straight away to my email.Driver arrived promptly and was very courteous. The return was equally good. Highly recommend this firm as eliminated the stress of flying etc.

The driver contacted me via whats ap as soon as we landed. The pick up was seamless and stress free after a very long flight home.
The vehicle itself was very comfortable for all us

Good clean cars, helpful drivers, fair proces

Great communication when I emailed to confirm my booking. Driver was early for our booking which was great and was friendly and got us to our destination safely and with plenty of time to spare. I'll definitley book again.

Sono anni che mi servo di questa compagnia sia di notte che di giorno. Purtroppo in questo periodo la loro chat in app non funziona, ma si può sempre parlare con l’operatore molto gentile e disponibile. Le macchine sono sempre pulite, gli autisti ti aiutano con le valigie e sono prudenti alla guida. Sono puntuali traffico permettendo, anche se io li chiamo sempre prima del viaggio per assicurarmi che non ci siano imprevisti con la mia prenotazione.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT TURN UP AT RHEIR SCHEDULED TIME AND MADE US MISS OUR FLIGHT. DO NOT USE THEM. WHEN YOU WILL CALL THEM OUT OF DESPEARATION THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR HIGHER PRICES TO SEND THE CAR. THEY ARE A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE REPORTED FOR DUBIOUS PRACTICES.

This time excellent service door to airport.

I used Minicabs for a 5am drop to luton airport, picking up someone on the way. Then a return pick up at 2am. An absolute brilliant service, driver on time and polite. Helped with bags and I can’t fault them. I will definitely use again for all my taxi journeys.

Not a great experience today, even though I use this service very frequently.

The driver did not pick me up at the correct address and stopped along the motorway in what seemed to be an unsafe location. In addition, he appeared to be inattentive while driving, often failing to follow the road properly and occasionally swerving or zigzagging, which did not make me feel safe during the journey.
It's a shame, because I will continue to use this service, but I believe drivers should be more carefully supervised and assessed to ensure they are capable of driving safely.

Driver came earlier than the pick up time and waited patiently! Kudos! I will always use minicabs for my pick and drop offs..Good job!

Reliable, friendly service at great rates. We were kept informed by lovely staff of when our car was ready and waiting outside as well as text messages. Would absolutely use again and recommend.

The driver was uncommunicative to the point that we could not get off where we wanted. The minicab person in the WhatsApp conversation was rude.

Very good service from the driver. On time, very polite and acceptably chatty. Cab could do with a bit of a clean, otherwise all was good.

First of all I didn’t receive any tracking for this ride !
The driver was always on his phone while driving, wasn’t paying attention to the road and he was not keeping his lane and at some point HGV driver beeped him to make him aware.
Also he was continuously eating while driving and the smell was horrible. As we arrived at the destination he was expecting tips but however it was not the case.

Pre booked and payed extra for meet and greet as my daughter and I were arriving late to LHR. Taxi driver did not show up on time and when calling the service number they kept saying “driver will come in 10 minutes” don’t take another taxi. This went on for 45 minutes (after agreed pick up time) before driver finally arrived. Not amused with service and being left at the airport in the middle of the night for so long.

First time using this service and unfortunately it was a really poor experience.

I pre-booked a taxi for 11pm from The O2 during the tube strikes, specifically to avoid getting stranded. I was told I’d receive driver and vehicle details once the car was on route, but I didn’t get any updates until after the scheduled pickup time — and only after I chased them myself (to which I received no response at the time).

I also wasn’t aware the booking would just be allocated to a Bolt driver at the time of dispatch. If I’d known that, I would’ve just booked directly through Bolt instead of pre-booking, as it didn't seem to guarantee a driver since they kept cancelling, adding to our wait time.

To make things worse, I confirmed the exact pickup point with customer service (they even sent a Google Maps pin) earlier in the day, but the driver didn’t go to that location. We had to walk back in the opposite direction to find them when they eventually arrived.

There was no response from the 24-hour customer service team during the wait, and we ended up standing there for over 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time before a car eventually arrived.

Overall, really disappointing experience, especially given it was my first time using the service and I relied on it in a difficult situation.
