First time we've used MJD, faultless service. Max called me on the day of the survey to give me an overview of the findings. Report was sent on time and was very detailed. Will definitely be using their services again!

Professional, comprehensive but also easily understandable survey report.

Great service with a v comprehensive report.

I had occasion to speak with both Max and Susie who were very friendly, warm and professional.
I chose the Level 2 survey and took a very informative phone call from Max straight after he had surveyed my prospective purchase. One week later I received the full written report which was very thorough and included many photographs to detail the points raised.
I would not hesitate in using them again.

I was comparing local surveying companies when I discovered MJD. From submitting an enquiry, to receiving the full report their customer service has been fantastic. They're very responsive with their communication, the report was carried out and sent through promptly, and they were also very affordable compared to other companies. Would highly recommend them!

MJD Residential Surveying were great! The works have been performed by Max, and right after the visit I have got a call from him in which he thoroughly explained to me all the issues that he had identified in the property. The report has been provided within a week and contained all the details which Max has explained to me before. I have ordered Level 3 report for a Victorian terrace, and this was the right decision. The report has highlighted the issues which were not mentioned by the estate agency and that changed completely the purchase price. I am very grateful to Max for his thorough work and detailed report as it helped me to make the right decision about the property. I would definitely recommend MJD Residential Surveying and will ask for their help again when needed.

Totally impressed with the proffesionalism of MJD and they are so helpfull. Glad we made the decision to go with MJD the survey was so thorough and went into the tiniest of details. The advice was honest and without bias. He spent a long time going through the outcome without over exaggerating but giving really insightful recommendations.
