I mistakenly ordered Microsoft 11…
I mistakenly ordered Microsoft 11 (twice instead of once) believing it had Microsoft Office on it. I just wanted to swap only the product needed and was still charged twice. I am making a complaint because it was an honest mistake. They many keys but I only used the Microsoft Office key.

I was skeptical about purchasing a product key from a third party. When I first bought the key, I unfortunately bought the wrong one and contacted support immediately. They were quick to respond and got me a key to the correct product. However, the first key they gave me was already used. Invalid key received for Windows 11. Waiting to hear back from support, but I'm doubting if I'll ever get a resolution based on some recent reviews. Look out, I'm pretty sure half the reviews here on Trustpilot were botted/faked by the people selling the activation keys.
Edit June 2026: I have never a response to email I sent to support at allsoftkeys.com, nor have I received an email from them. They are lying to try to save face.
In the meantime, I asked for my money back and purchased an official product key from Microsoft, since I did not want to risk having scammers access my MS account using knowledge of my product key.
