Ich habe für eine öffentliche Institution Ware bestellt und im Vorfeld abgeklärt, dass die Rechnung unsere Umsatz Steuer ID enthalten muss. Die Rechnung enthielt diese dann aber doch nicht. Man war nicht bereit, eine korrigierte Rechnung zu erstellen. Daher ging die Ware zurück. Schade, denn wir hätten mehrfach im Jahr für ca. 250€ bestellt.

Do not order from this shop , nightmare to cancel an order they keep saying are you sure , plus if you are in England and you buy a train , becomes a nightmare to return it if faulty or not new , my last one I had to send to Marklin myself at my cost , as they won’t except it due to customs import costs at there end ..

DONT NOT UDE THIS COMPANY and I have Spent Thousands with them , treat you horribly, I have receipt on my card issuer app

Ich bin über Umwege einer Bestellung an diese Firma geraten. Inzwischen habe ich auf Messen einige Mitarbeiter persönlich kennengelernt.
Wie schriftlich, ist man auch persönlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Anfragen online/ telefonisch, werden umgehend beantwortet.
Der Onlineshop ist strukturiert aufgebaut und man kann stöbern, ohne dass man irgendetwas aufgenötigt bekommt. Zudem werden Produkte bei YouTube vorgestellt und auch verarbeitet.
Sicherlich, man sollte schon genau wissen, was man kaufen möchte und MSL sind manchmal nicht die günstigsten. Aber: je nach Einkauf gibt es einen kleinen Bonus. Den wiederum kann man ansparen und irgendwann einlösen. Ohne wenn und aber.
In meiner letzten Lieferung fand sich zudem ein 5€ Gutschein zur allgemeinen Verwendung bei der nächsten Bestellung und ein Rabatt Coupon für den Eintritt zur Messe Dortmund.
Zudem sind die Versandkosten fair, gestaffelt und ab 100€ Warenwert gratis.
Ich kaufe auch bei anderen Händlern, bei den Detmoldern jedoch am längsten.
Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen 👍🫶👍

Lamentablemete he dejado de ser cliente de esta tienda.Publicaron un anuncio de material erroneo y no resulto ser lo que queria.Reclame y en vez de reconocerlo, cambiaron el texto, corrigiendo su error pero negandome la reclamcion.Una verguenza.No comprare nunca mas.

I placed my order from Sweden: two locomotives, three wagons and some track/switches. The order was submitted late on a Saturday evening, and it took about three business days to be processed. Everything was well packed, the prices were good, and the selection is the best I’ve seen.
My rating: delivery 4, insured delivery 4, prices 4, selection 5.

One of the locomotives has not been working properly from the very beginning. I’ll update this review later depending on how the handling of the issue turns out.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with your customer service and the way my recent return is being handled.

It has been two weeks since my return package was delivered to you. Despite this, I have received no confirmation of the refund, and my emails regarding this matter have been completely ignored.

I find it unacceptable that a reputable store sells defective models for such high prices, and then fails to provide any support when the product is returned. Furthermore, the transaction has not been updated in Klarna, which is causing me unnecessary financial complications.

I demand an immediate update on my refund status and the cancellation of the charge in Klarna.

If I do not receive a response and a resolution within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter through Klarna’s dispute system and share my negative experience on public review platforms.

I expect to hear from you today.

Über Lieferung und Versand durch den Shop kann man sich nicht beklagen alles gut verpackt und schnell geliefert, jetzt kommt das "Aber", die Rückabwicklung ist eine Katastrophe. Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet und Telefonkontakt ist auch ausbaufähig! Bei Anruf nur der Anrufbeantworter mit der Aussage " man rufe außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten an!" Geschäftszeiten von mo.- fr.10-17:00 Uhr Anruf wurde immer zur Geschäftszeitgetätigt . Wenn dann doch irgendwann nach gefühlt hundert Anrufen jemand ans Telefon geht wird einem genervt mitgeteilt, dass man viel zu tun hätte. Ein absolutes No-Go. Dann sollte man darüber nachdenken seinen Shop lieber zu zu sperren, anstatt Kunden zu verkraulen. Nachdem ich dann nach Tagen irgendwann das Rücksendeetikett bekam, wartet man trotz erfolgreicher Rücksendung ewig auf sein Geld. Bleibt einem wahrscheinlich nur der Weg über eine Meldung bei PayPal. Ich kann nur jeden warnen da zu bestellen um sich jede Menge Ärger zu ersparen. Ich kaufe da nie wieder!

The best prices and fantastic customer service. While my order was about to be shipped reserved items came available and it was included in the same order even at the last minute. My favourite and possibly only model railroad shop.

I am surprised by the low rating, scam websites have better ranking here! Therefore I want to fix this: it is my 13th buy for the past 5 years. Modellbahnshop Lippe has the lowest possible prices, they do not charge MWSt (German tax), and for <5kg package the shipping price is reasonable, 27.50€. For bigger package, shipping is 40€.
I red some complaints, perhaps real, but they need clarification:
- Yes, Canada is charging 13% HST, especially when the value is hundreds or thousands of $. But we do not pay the 19% German tax. Very few German shops will waive that.
- They use Fedex to ship to Canada. Fedex will add $13...15 for processing. For me, shipping time was ALWAYS max. 5 days from Germany to my door.
- Sometimes the shipping moment was delayed (my experience only) because some items from my purchase list were specified as "not in stock, available in 5-10 days from manufacturer". Some even 10-30 days, so I find normal that the shipments waited.
- There is a bonus system, about 3% of the invoice value, which can be applied to future orders. But you have to be logged in to your account, no way to get it retroactive if you were not. Been there!
- Very good and friendly communication. Remember there is a time shift between Germany and Canada/US, and it's Europe, they don't work 24/7, Friday night question will be answered on Monday!
Negative: the only sell brand new items, and I mean "fresh". Some items will be available only for a few weeks after the manufacturing debut, if you lost the moment, that's it! Other items seem to be available for months, even years, but "the stars" go fast, and they are not coming back. However, most new items are announced many months in advance, and one can "reserve" them at no cost, when they are available, you'll get an email and the items waits for you for 3 days, even more by request.

Man erhält bei Vorbestellungen eine e-mail das der Artikel eingetroffen ist und die 3-Tagesfrist für die Reservierung auf 14 Tage verlängert werden kann. Wenn man das macht erhält man nach 2 Tagen die Nachricht das der Artikel nur noch 1 Tag bestellbar ist... Das war "früher" alles besser.

l have been a customer close to eight years now.Service had been excellent but the switch from UPS to FedEx for orders to Canada and the USA shipping times have got longer and l have had orders being delivered late and stuck in FedEx hubs for over a week.l am going to look to a retailer closer to home in the future.

jamais reçu mes commandes indiquer livrer dans le suivi mais jamais livrer c est honteux et un vol qualifier. Jamais de réponses aux emails plus personnes apres avoir payer bien sur.

Das Personal ist SEEEEHR freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!! Wenn Zeit ist, gibt es ein freundliches Gespräch. Und man wird äußerst freundlich bedient.
