Easy to find what you need, BUT... be careful, they SEEM CHEAP but their prices are without VAT. So when you buy, they add 21%. Which makes them far less cheap than you'd think !

Leider erfolgt durch den Betreiber keine Kommunikation. Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet.
Ich wollte von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen, bekam aber keine Antwort. Das war früher einmal besser.

Stort utbud och bra prisnivå. Har beställt flera gånger härifrån, säker och tydlig betalningsinformation med visa-kort. Litet minus för rörig hemsida med varierande språkmix, bara delvis på svenska.

Not Recommended! They have still not processed my order after taking payment on March 21st 2024. I cannot reach them as when I try and contact them via their website. It keeps saying "invalid characters" when I enter the code correct each and every time.

No problem. I will get my money back and you will not steal money from me and make it impossible for me to reach out! I will take my custom elsewhere.

AVOID!

This is the slowest webshop I have encountered. Have to try multiple times and sometimes the page replies with unable to load and errors.

Il y a de nombreuses années que je commande chez Modellbahnshp-lippe. Un site attractif et ergonomique, des prix toujours très contenus, des frais de port plus que corrects, des délais de livraison quasiment identique que ceux que nous pourrions avoir en métropole, des facilités de paiement en 4 fois avec PayPal et surtout des services client et SAV très réactifs et professionnels. Cette entreprise est tjrs à l'écoute de ses clients. Par exemple : un problème avec mon dernier article commandé (un tampon manquant sur un 67000 REE) et ils n'ont pas hésité une seconde à m'envoyer une étiquette de retour et à m'échanger l'article, le tout, bouclé en l'espace de 15 jours. Alors oui cette entreprise mérite bien ses 5 étoiles. Merci à eux.

Everything started well with this company but after finding parts missing in the order and twice contacted them they were very slow in a reply said they would contact the manufacturer. I suggested taken the parts from another box so I the customer would not be kept waiting. It's now been a few days with no reply. I now have made the parts in order to continue the layout NOT HAPPY

Trovato qui il locomotore E656 nuovo di ROCO completamente esaurito in Italia già in fase di preordine, prezzo giusto e spedizione incredibilmente a basso prezzo (3.50€) seppur internazionale.
Purtroppo potrò visionare l'articolo solo tra due settimane, ma non penso vi siano problemi essendo un articolo nuovo.

Hatte etwas vorbestellt. Als das Teil lieferbar war, verlangte man 25 % mehr ! Hatte vorgeschlagen, mir mit dem Preis entgegen zukommen. Keine Reaktion. Keine Chance. Nun ist der Preisnachlaß gegenüber dem Normalpreis sogar geringer als bei der Vorbestellung. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich ! War seit über elf Jahren Kunde !

I have only the highest recommendation for Modellbahnshop Lippe. A goldmine for dedicated railway model enthusiasts. The website is excellent and the useful features include reservation for future releases. I particularly like the idea of discounted deliveries for higher value orders and the accumulation of loyalty points. Delivery is efficient and reliable.

I've shopped a few times with MSL and it's one of my favourite places!
One of the higher points is their Reservation system, where you ask to reserve an item that is not in stock, and once the back-order arrives you receive an e-mail with a special link that gives you priority to purchase those items!
They usually reply to messages sent to them the next morning.

Things that need improving:
-Sometimes the contact form glitches or has issues with special characters (things like é, ã and ç).
It would be nice to have an e-mail I could use as an alternative. This way I can still enter in touch with the shop if their online contact form fails.

- When checking out I've had issues with my shipping address twice in a row.
The website fails to correctly assume the correct shipping address, using the billing address instead for shipping.
The website design is a bit confusing in this regard and should be revised to avoid errors with the billing and shipping addresses.
