SEMPLICEMENTE PENSI SIA GRATUITO, INVECE TI ADDEBITANO OGNI MESE 39.95 EURO.
NON PUOI DISDIRE DA SOLA, E NON TI RIMBORSANO NULLA. PESSIMI

I paid 0.5 eur to convert 1 file, and they trapped me into the subscription and charged $25 the next day! When I asked for a refund, the reply was “read your email and T&C”
I don’t check my emails daily, the procedure is not transparent at all! Scammers, do not recommend

Be aware, these guys are cheaters. You need to be very careful using their services, and better don't use them. I needed to convert a single image into a vector. They first suggest to convert an image, then on download they request you to create an account and pay for the image. Ok, I paid, and created an account. No problem. But, there is a catch. When you create the account, they subscribe you to their service with quite big monthly payment of almost 40 euros. You receive a email with your account credentials, and in the same email they write that you are subscribed. I didn't request subscription, they didn't send a separate email for subscription, it was just a plain text email that my account is created and in the same email they wrote about subscription at the end. Yes, my bad, I didn't read the email until the end because usually it is just some welcoming text. I never faced such sneaky approach before. They refused to give money back, even though I never used their service after the first conversion that I paid for separately. I only noticed that they take my money after they did it the second time recently. So, as for me this is some sort of scam. Be aware.

Servizio disdicevole: periodo prova irrisorio e subito addebitano 39,95 euro in abbonamento. Dal sito è impossibile cancellare l'account e lo fanno solo se scrivi e-mail ma intanto si sono già presi euro 39,95 !!

Dicono che è gratis invece ti chiedono soldi, vergogna

Sono dei truffatori ladri, usi il sito per modificare un file e ti ritrovi addebiti da 30€ sul conto ogni mese. Si rifiutano di versarmi il rimborso e si limitano e chiudere un abbonamento che non ho mai sottoscritto. Spero vi segnalino in tanti e vi facciano chiudere, io per guadagnarmi da vivere mi faccio un mazzo tanto tutti i giorni fate schifo!
