Similar situation to the below. Ordered over £1000 worth of products. Due for delivery two days ago by next day delivery to ensure I had them in time for a holiday. No apology from Moncler when the items didn't arrive. Told after phoning Moncler customer services that UPS would deliver yesterday, but that didn't happen either. Rang up again today. Told UPS due to deliver today, but their tracking system is non-sensical (whilst it does indicate delivery will be today it indicates it is due in less than an hour but the items apparently haven't even yet left their depot in Thurrock, so would be amazed how they expect that one to work!). When I explained this issue to Moncler today I was given the same useless information by customer services as others - i.e. they cannot escalate this until tomorrow, despite the various promises made to me about delivery over the past two days and that if I do escalate the issue I have to wait 20 working days for the outcome.
Moncler - you're a disgrace. If UPS are the issue why don't you try working with a courier that actually delivers items on time and with a proper tracking system. I wholeheartedly suggest that you order your items from another brand that actually cares about its customers.

Ordine respinto senza motivo
Ho tentato di fare un ordine su Moncler Italia per 500 euro, ma è stato rifiutato due volte senza alcuna spiegazione. Ho contattato il servizio clienti più volte, ma nonostante i miei tentativi, non hanno risolto il problema né fornito risposte utili o chiarimenti. La totale mancanza di comunicazione e assistenza mi ha profondamente deluso. Ho poi acquistato lo stesso prodotto su MYTheresa, che ha gestito l'ordine senza problemi. Un'esperienza estremamente frustrante, che mi ha fatto perdere fiducia nel brand.

Scandaleux !!! J’ai acheté une doudoune le 16 novembre pour un cadeau de Noël. Article payé mais jamais reçu. Je le notifie à Moncler qui m annonce un délai de 20 jours pour retrouver la doudoune. On est le 28 décembre, toujours en attente. Aucun effort de la part de Moncler. 1500€ débités à ce jour, article que je n’ai même pas pu offrir, ni même retrouver un équivalent avant la fin de leur processus car je n’ai même pas eu de reboursement. Très mauvaise expérience !!! A fuir !!! J espère avoir la doudoune avant la fin de l’hiver … Honte à Moncler d encaisser les clients, perdre leur article en chemin et les faire poireauter un temps infini

DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE STORE

£800 gilet purchased for partners 40th, sent back (via their exchange policy instructions and followed to the T) to get another size and it’s ’gone missing’ and now they are non contactable, the 20 days ‘to investigate’ has way passed (from beginning of November’ and all we get is generic email replies.

Dreadful service and item going missing in transit should not leave me £800 out of pocket for 2 months (And still ongoing!!!)

I will never ever purchase anything from Moncler again.

Moncler does not stand behind its brand. Their boots are worst than Walmart quality. It comes apart after wearing 6 times and their respond was “there is nothing we can do”. NEVER WOULD I BUY MONCLER AGAIN.

Voilà j'ai passé une commande pour une veste. Moncler a fait le choix du transporteur UPS. Quand j'ai reçu le colis, il ne s'agissait pas d'une veste, mais d'un extincteur. Qui me ment, le transporteur ou Moncler... Dans tous les cas, j'ai porté réclamation mais ils ne s'en occupent pas du tout et même ils me demandent de réclamer auprès de UPS. Ce que j'ai fais, mais pour autant je n'ai de retour de personne. Il s'agit d'une commande à 840 euros. Ils me conseillent même de faire fonctionner l'assurance de ma carte bancaire. C'est un véritable scandale. Je déconseille vivement.

24 november een pak besteld bij dit bedrijf waarvan nog steeds niks binnen. Paar keer een e-mail gestuurd maar geen gehoor!!!!!! Oplichters zijn jullie!

Horrible experience. Have been to the store twice now, and my issue is still not solved. getting wrong instructions from phone customer support. They live in the stone age of omnichannel eCommerce (stores and eCommerce and run totally separate) and customer support. a disgrace

Sono stata nel negozio di via montenapoleone per acquistare un giubbotto per mio nipote. Ho riscontrato grande disponibilità e gentilezza nella persona della signora Ornella.

Wenn es minus Sterne gebe würde ich die vergeben. Moncler Frankfurt eine voll Katastrophe in Sachen Freundlichkeit Service und Ehrlichkeit. Es ist Weihnachten man sollte da schon freundlich sein bei einem Preis von 1900 Euro und die Verkäuferin total Unfähigkeit in Sachen Größe, over Sid’s sagte sie es gäbe keine Größen bei diesem Mantel , nur im Onlineshop gibt es sehr wohl andereGrößen , kein Geld zurückbekommen obwohl wir den Mantel erst eineinhalb stunden zuvor gekauft hatten.
Stattdessen worden wir noch beschimpft

Wouldn’t even rate it a 1, disgraceful customer service. Just fob you off even though they cancel your order and don’t tell you!! Rude staff that don’t seem to know what they are doing. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ORDER CANCELLED AND TO BE SPOKEN TO IN A DISGUSTING WAY BY THE STAFF

terrible experiance DO NOT ORDER THROUGH WEBSITE. placed an order for a hat that cost over £200
when chasing the delivery of the hat we rang the customer service team who then informed us that the order had failed however we still had the money out of our account. The guy on the phone went on to say that we could just order another hat an they would offer free delivey. safe to say that we still have had no help. avoid at all cost

Je suis très déçue de mon expérience avec Moncler sur internet . Au vu du prix des articles, je m’attendais à un service irréprochable, mais les délais de livraison sont beaucoup trop longs. Même pour une commande en France, il faut payer un supplément pour une livraison express afin de recevoir les articles sous 48 heures. Donc, mon fils n’aura pas son cadeau pour son anniversaire... Très déçue

Je suis profondément déçu par mon expérience avec la boutique Moncler de Genève. À ce prix-là, on s’attend à une qualité irréprochable et à un service client à la hauteur. Malheureusement, c’est tout le contraire.

La veste que j’ai achetée s’est déchirée rapidement, et au lieu de prendre la situation en charge, on m’a simplement donné l’adresse d’une couturière lambda. Sérieusement ? Ensuite, le bouton pression est hors service alors que la veste a moins de 12 mois d’utilisation, et la fermeture éclair ne fonctionne plus du tout.

Dépenser une somme astronomique pour un article supposé haut de gamme qui, en réalité, offre une qualité inférieure à celle d’une enseigne de fast fashion est une énorme erreur. Ce qui est encore plus révoltant, c’est l’absence totale de service après-vente : aucune prise en charge, aucun suivi, rien.

Je ne suis pas seulement déçu par la qualité de l’article, mais surtout par le mépris affiché envers le client. Une honte pour une marque qui se veut de luxe. Fuyez cette boutique si vous tenez à votre argent et à votre tranquillité.

Er zijn amper 4 klanten in de winkel. De security laat al 15min. Niemand binnen. Dit is niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurt. Alle begrip dat er geen 30 klanten binnen worden gelaten maar dit is er zwaar iver

NYC Madison Ave location has terrible customer service. Took forever to bring out different sizes, took hours to buy one coat. Store shipped wrong size and did not tell me about restrictive return policy. Product did not even ship until I spent an hour calling to see why my coat never arrived. Can only return directly to the store for a store credit (no refunds to credit card either) that cannot be used online. Only a 20 day in store return policy. Every worker in store told me a different return policy, I had to call, wait, and speak to phone agent to figure out true policy after the store told me credit could be used online. Terrible experience relative to my experience at the other luxury brands that I have purchased in the past.

Terrible Customer Services
Customer services is terrible. I bought 2 T-Shirts from Moncler Website, I use their recommend Size, first time wear is fine, but the quality of t shirts are very poor after one wash (it was washed as per label) it has went out of shape. The other t shirt washed the same and it did not stretch. they said
We inform this is not an issue raised within our department. Moncler refuse to exchange or refund. Do not buy as quality shocking and customer services are uninterested.
