Excellent service. Received next day delivery UPS . Kept correct size coat returned the one that ďidnt fit. Absolutely love my new Moncler puffer coat. Return process much easier than most other stores no downloading labels or stupid QR codes that dont scan...just had to stick the enclosed return UPS label on parcel and took to drop off shop. My return was received back within two days and the refund paid into my account immediately. Have to say this experience has been the best and I shop everywhere. Five stars from me...and thanks for my coat...its fab !!!

Horrible experience .My daughter placed an order for a coat with her savings . 2 days later she received a text “Order Cancelled “ for NO APPARENT REASON . Called client services and once again they gave her no reason or explanation for this cancellation . She had to wait for funds to return to bank to place order again . Very disappointing . Expect better from a brand like MONCLER . She spent £900 of her savings on this and was really looking forward to receiving it . Had to go through the whole process again just hoping she receives it this time without any further inconvenience .

I too have had a horrible experience with Moncler.

I ordered two Acorus ultralight down jackets. Both were shipped in one box, on hangers and in a garment bag. I returned both of them together and was credited for one.

Moncler Customer Service told me they only received one. They told me to check around for the remaining jacket. Think about this - a jacket on a hanger in a garment bag - that is just sitting around my apartment and I don't notice it.

I contacted Moncler Customer Service and told them to please check their warehouse for the missing jacket. They responded 10 minutes later and said they checked and they did not have it. (There is no way that they checked that quickly.)

I then asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor told me - that don't have the jacket and if I wanted a refund I should return it.

I disputed the charge with American Express. Moncler told American Express they did not receive the jacket and I lost the dispute.
I then filed a Purchase Protection Claim with American Express and my claim was denied, because I, "returned the jacket to Moncler," and therefore did not lose it - a condition needed to have the purchase covered.

I lost $1,250. Moncler lost a long term customer who purchased 2-3 new jackets from them every year.

If you place an order from Moncler.com, do NOT order more than one thing at a time. Yes, it's inconvenient, but Moncler's warehouse can not be trusted. You need to be sure each item has its own tracking #.

Went to moncler to purchase a winter jacket, they told me from this year non of their jackets have fur hoodies, that’s good, put I noticed the prices are higher, I asked them since there is no fur shouldn’t be priced lower instead of higher, they don’t use expensive materials anymore and prices are high, I don’t understand why people don’t realize these things and still purchase and support and these actions causes the inflation on the prices, please stop supporting the names support quality.

Die Dame die mit mir die Beratung abwickelte war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Auch der Herr der an der Türe stand war sehr freundlich!

Über die Qualität kann ich noch nicht urteilen aber auf dem ersten Blick und Check ist alles super.

Nachdem ich bei der Hitze nicht shoppen möchte mach ich es online …. Tja Paket ist bei einem flexbox abgelegt worden von ups ich bin also nach paar Tagen dort hin wollte es abholen und da steht 8 stelligen Code muss ich eingeben ich habe 5x bei ups angerufen Code hab ich bis heute nicht ich finde es frech das der Code nicht per sms oder Mail kommst oder Bescheid gegeben wird das man diesen beantragen muss also wird es wieder zum Laden geschickt wo es her kam und ich bestelle jetzt meine Sachen bei einer anderen Marke es muss nicht Moncler sein 👍🏽 nie wieder so welche Umstände für nichts! Da lass ich lieber mein Geld wo liegen wo es einfacher geht und nicht mit ups geliefert wird.

Meno di una stella non si può ! Di solito compro molto dal loro sito ma sfortunatamente si sono comportati malissimo per gli ultimi due ordini. In un ordine ho preso una t-shirt bianca da donna taglia S , ho dovuto fare reso perché mi andava piccolo, ma NON HANNO ACCETTATO ILRESO perché c erano 5 buchini, per cui mi hanno mandato la maglietta indietro BUCATA.Unico mio errore che non ho controllato bene quando mi hanno inviato la prima volta se era bucata o meno. QUINDI ORA SI SONO TENUTI 320€ mandami una T-SHIRT BUCATA. A causa di questa esperienza , visto che avevo un altro ordine in corso di un giubotto dal valore di 1860€ preso sempre dal loro sito, appena arrivato il pacco ho RIFIUTATO SUBITO IL PACCO (TEMEVO CHE FACEVANO DI NUOVO LO STESSO GIOCHINO CHE MI MANDANO UNA COSA DIFETTATA E NON MI VOGLIONO RIMBORSARE), il pacco dal codice tracking si vede che è ritornato nei loro uffici a MILANO il 2 agosto 2024, firmato da un certo GALLO, oggi siamo al 23 agosto , oltre a non rispondere alle email , non ho più notizia dei miei 1860€!! LADRI!!

Was für eine bedauerliche Antwort nach einer Reklamation! Bei einer sündhaft teuren Weste hat der kleine Beutel gefehlt!

Purchased a moncler pique for 300 euros in april. After three months it had big holes under the right arm and moncler refused to repair my shirt or send a new one.

Moncler zu kaufen ist ein Armutszeugnis! Die Qualität ist schlecht und der Service, ist die größte Katastrophe. Wenn ihr euch rumärgern möchtet mit dem Service (bei dem nach Monaten trotzdem nichts rauskommt), seit ihr bei Moncler genau richtig!

I am writing this review to share my incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Moncler's online shop. As a regular customer, I expected much better service, but what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare.

Order Issues:
I placed an order worth €370,- over a month ago, and I am yet to receive my product. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have been met with nothing but delays and unprofessional responses from Moncler's customer service team.

Unacceptable Delay:
I have been waiting for over a month for my order. The delay is completely unreasonable, and there has been no clear communication on when I can expect my product or my money back.

Passing the Buck:
Moncler has repeatedly tried to shift the responsibility onto me, asking me to contact the carrier regarding the delivery issue. This is not my responsibility and demonstrates a severe lack of accountability on their part.

Unprofessional Service:
The way Moncler has handled this situation is extremely unprofessional. I have had to constantly follow up, and each interaction has been more frustrating than the last. It feels like they are deliberately making the process difficult in the hopes that I will give up.

Legal Rights Ignored:
According to EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), I am entitled to receive my goods within the agreed delivery time or within 30 days of purchase. Moncler has blatantly ignored these rights, leaving me with no choice but to consider legal action.

No Resolution:
Despite returning the original packaging and delivered items as requested, there has been no progress. Moncler now has the returned item, yet I am still out €400 with nothing to show for it.

Final Thoughts:
Moncler’s service is appalling. They have shown no regard for customer satisfaction or legal obligations. I strongly advise against purchasing from Moncler's online shop. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this brand altogether.

If I do not receive my product or a full refund by Friday, I will be taking legal action. Moncler needs to step up and resolve this issue immediately.

Poor service from what is supposed to be a designer brand.

I dropped a return to a local UPS access point. I used Monclers own returns label.

The order has not left the access point for five days. I contacted Moncler and was told to contact the access point myself!

Absolutely no help was offered! Considering this is their own returns label and courier, this is appalling inconsiderate service from Moncler.

I will never purchase from them again.

WORST COMPANY EVER. you spend here hundreds or even thousands of euro's and they simply spew on their cliënts with their arrogance. Within a few days I did order 2 times and they took my whole day because 2 times they don't give me the right requested package and every collegue says something else. Now they don't even pick up the phone once they recognize your number. Amateurish low key brand is what moncler became with their trash customer service while we spend a lot of money at their products.

Worst experience ever.

I ordered in December 2023.

It has been nearly 6 months still no sign of a refund for the items returned.

Keep being told it is being investigated. Spoken to UPS they have had NO contact from Moncler and even went out of their way to contact Moncler with no response. Absolutely shocking service from the top to bottom. I would not recommend to anyone. I am still awaiting a refund and chasing every day for an update.

On March 4, I ordered a jacket from Moncler.
Still not satisfied and returned the jacket on March 8 with the return label provided.

Meanwhile, it has been taking over 1.5 months before I should get my money back? Promises are made that are not kept. The investigation would only take 20 days, meanwhile we are over 40/50 days further.

They keep saying they are working on it but don't want to come up with a solution.

I provided Moncler with all the information they needed during this process.

I would recommend everyone to never buy anything here if you are not yet 100% sure you will keep it.

Pire expérience que j’ai eu affaire avec un service client.

Commande effectué en octobre, retour demandé et effectué début novembre et moncler m’a fait patienter 5 MOIS en me disant d’attendre car ils ne retrouvaient pas le colis.

5 mois entier à les relancer très souvent pour qu’au final on me refuse remboursement malgré preuve de dépôt.

Je me retrouve avec un trou de 1300€ et sans article. FUYEZ CETTE ENTREPRISE et achetez chez un revendeur tier.

Früher Top, heute Flop ! Nachdem sich Moncler wochenlang gar nicht gemeldet hat, wurde die Strickjacke, die sich nach nur 2x Tragen in Luft aufgelöst hat, mangelhaft repariert.....Sorry, nicht in dieser Preisklasse....jedes Jahr die Preise anheben und gleichzeitig die Qualität reduzieren, wird nicht lange gut gehen.........
