Absolute Katastrophe. NIE wieder diese Marke! Ich habe vor drei Jahren eine Moncler Winterjacke für 1.200€ gekauft (inzwischen kostet das gleiche Modell 1.800€). Die Jacke weist nach 3 Wintersaisons und absolut normalem Gebrauch, extreme Mängel auf. Die Innentaschen sind gerissen, mehrere kleine Risse und am Halsteil ist der Stoff komplett durchgescheuert. Jede H&M Jacke hält länger.
Der Kundenservice hat mich mit der Info abgespeist, dass nur ein „externes Element“ (mit Übersetzer scheint man also zu arbeiten) für die Schäden verantwortlich sein kann, aber auf keinen Fall die Materialqualität. Frechheit!

Die Marke lebt nur von Ihrem Marketing und einer Modeerscheinung, nicht von der Qualität. Außerdem scheint sie es nicht gewohnt zu sein, dass ihr Klientel die Produkte länger als eine Saison trägt. Katastrophal.

I bought a Moncler jacket less than six months ago, which now has a minor tear on the back after getting caught on something. Having supplied Moncler's customer services with a litany of evidence and proof of purchases, I was told that they couldn't do anything to fix the issue because it would tarnish the "esthetical pureness" of the product. This is funny because their "aftercare" portion of the website states that they seek to "ensure your item always looks its best" and "allows you to get the most from your items". Essentially, this "aftercare" service is to rectify manufacturing issues, so their own mistakes, and should be labelled as such. It certainly is not there to actually support the customer following a purchase. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I PURCHASED 2 COATS AND A PAIR OF BOOTS SPENT $2,000, Once i got home i realized they were not the same size. I have contacted the store multiple times without success. The phone line at the location is never answered. I have emailed the store manger multiple times, spoke with clients service multiple times and made a complaint. FINALLY receive an email
from the store manager in Woodbury commons stated she would send me a shipping label to ship back boots. SINCE THEN NO RESPONSE!!!!!! This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional customer service I’m receiving from such a high end brand. AFTER READING SEVERAL REVIEWS IM CONVINCED THAT MONCLER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER/SERVICE I JUST WISHED ID READ REVIEWS PRIOR!!!

Customer service refused return
Product quality of the Larue Chelsea Boots would best be described as marginal. This product is completely overpriced. Customer service if returning an item is abysmal. Avoid dealing with this company. I should have read the numerous negative reviews before buying a product from Moncler. TERRIBLE online experience.

Étant fidèle cliente de cette enseigne, plus d’une dizaine de doudounes et d’autre articles, je me suis rendue début janvier au magasin ayant deux ceintures de vestes endommagées (usure) et donc inutilisables.
Ayant déclaré la situation auprès d’une employée, aucune suite n’a été donnée durant plusieurs semaines. Je me suis donc rendue une seconde fois en boutique pour avoir des informations quant à l’avancée du dossier. Une autre employée me répond que les vestes sont : « trop anciennes » donc qu’il n’y a pas de solution. Au vu du nombre de vestes achetées, je me suis permise de demander à Vanessa de trouver une issue positive pour satisfaire une fidèle cliente. Le personnel ne pouvant prendre de décision en l’absence de Caroline, elle me propose de m’appeler lors de son retour du lendemain. Aucun appel reçu.
N’ayant reçu aucun suivi, je suis donc retournée une troisième fois à la boutique. Les deux vendeuses qui s’étaient occupées du dossier me répondent : « vos vestes sont trop anciennes on ne peut rien faire. »
Ayant déboursé des milliers d’euros pour Moncler, je demande donc la responsable du magasin, Caroline pour une geste commercial pour satisfaire une cliente fidèle. Elle arrive, sans dire bonjour et s’adresse à moi : « oui ? »
Je lui explique la situation et je reçois comme réponse : « on vous a dit que vos vestes sont trop anciennes. On ne peut rien y faire. »
Je me permets de lui rappeler le nombre d’articles en ma possession, je souhaite que l’on trouve une solution pour pouvoir porter les vestes. Caroline me rétorque : « vous avez qu’à racheter des ceintures à 82€ ». Je me permets de lui dire que je ne trouve pas normal de racheter des ceintures pour des produits si haute de gamme. Il n’est pas normal qu’elles soit cassées et qu’on me demande de les racheter. Elle répond : « cela ne change rien, ce n’est pas la politique de Moncler. » À mon sens il ne s’agit pas de politique mais d’éthique pour prendre soin du client.
Je lui explique qu’il y a des blousons à 100.- qui tiennent bien dans le temps. Elle me répond en me prenant de haut : « eh bien comme ça vous ferez des économies ».
La manager a préféré me répondre de manière hautaine et en me rabaissant plutôt qu’à chercher de satisfaire le client. Je lui demande les coordonnées d’un supérieur pour pouvoir exposer la situation car à mon sens me parler de cette façon et voir une telle désinvolture au sein de votre marque de luxe est inadmissible. Elle ajoute très sure d’elle : « vous avez qu’à écrire à la direction si vous êtes pas contents ou aller demander à moncler Genève (alors que nous ne sommes pas clients de Genève). » Je ne pense pas que ce soit une réponse que vous attendez de vos manager auprès de vos fidèles clients.

Étant choquée, je lui demande : « pensez-vous que c’est comme cela ça qu’on traite les clients ? » Caroline répond : « oui »
« Vous n’êtes donc pas dans la recherche de solution ? » Elle me répond: « non. »
Mon compagnon lui rétorque: « vous êtes donc clairement entrain de manquer de respect à ma Compagne ? »

Au vue des commentaires je ne suis apparemment pas la seule à me plaindre de ce comportement.

These two women must be the laziest and rudest people I have ever met
Would never buy or recommend your products

Terrible coat, it’s not waterproof it’s not wind proof either. It’s just a terribly expensive coat with a badge. There are very few upsides to it, in fact I can’t think of a benefit of the coat.

Habe ein Moncler Gilet bestellt für 900.- Zu Beginn war ich sehr zufrieden, bemerkte nach 1/2 Mal tragen ein kleines Loch und sendete es zurück. Nach 3 Wochen haben Sie mir das Gilet zurückgesendet und meinten Sie können es nicht zurücknehmen da es getragen wurden. Habe ein paar Mal telefoniert und Email ausgetauscht und mir wurde gesagt, dass wenn ich Bilder sende und das Problem beschreibe, würden sie das Gilet reparieren, ein Neues zurücksenden oder das Geld rückerstatten. Als ich das gemacht habe, antworteten sie mir das es kein Qualitätfehler wäre und die Garantie dies nicht übernehmen würde. Zudem bahupteten Sie, dass ich dies äusserlich selbst zugeführt habe…. Unglaublich…. Als ich wieder anrufte waren sie extrem frech und haben meine Anliegen nicht wahrgenommen……Bin sehr enttäuscht, dass so eine teuere Marke mit den Kunden so schlecht umgeht….

I bought a Montcler jacket in 2021 which is now going up in many of the stitching. I have complained to Montcler who has refused on the grounds that they are holes caused by wear and tear. Honestly I'm 62 and don't crawl trees, it's just lousy quality. When visiting a tailor to whom Montcler has referred, I was informed that they had seen this problem quite a few times before and that all there is to do is sew a ribbon on top of the stitching.I have never owned a jacket that has broken so quickly and the price 1400 Euro is completely ridiculous compared to what you get for your money. One only gets disappointed by the poor service, poor quality and poor durability. A good piece of advice. Don't bother buying that rubbish.

Despite having made so many contacts with the customer service team, I am still waiting for a refund for an item which I returned 4 months ago using UPS. They keep telling me everytime that I need to wait as they’re raising a new case each time. 100001475947 Is the order number. I will raise this case with my bank now. Don’t buy from them

Ich habe online eine Brille für 320€ bestellt. Sie kam schnell und hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Leider drückten die Bügel sehr am Kopf, was sich laut meines Optikers ob des Materials auch nicht korrigieren ließ. Nach Rücksendungsfreigabe durch Moncler habe ich die Brille zurückgeschickt. 14 Tage später bekam ich überraschend ein Paket durch UPS. Die Brille wurde von Moncler zurückgeschickt. Ohne Begleitschreiben, ohne Info, ohne ein Wort. Ich weiß bis heute nicht, warum die Annahme der Rücksendung verweigert wurde. Auf mehrfache Anfragen per Mail kam keine Antwort. Ich erspare mir hier, meine Gedanken in Worten auszudrücken…und überlasse dies der Phantasie des Lesers.

Terrible customer service in Moncler store Selfridges Oxford Circus, London. Especial staff as Patrick R represent a brand în but without training in customer satisfaction and customer needs.

Muss man nicht nochmal hin!!!!

Sold me jacket with a manufacturing problem. Don't want to help for repair or refund. They sell jackets for thousands of euros but don't take responsibility for their mistake. Disgusting company

Still waiting for a refund from 12 December!!! Been spoken to like s… and still not received my money! This was a Christmas present wa she is still waiting for 😥 this has made my mental health worse cuz of the argument about the present!????

Die Kundenfreundlichkeit bei Moncler ist im negativen Sinn einzigartig. Meine Jacke hat zwei kleinere Löcher und ich bat Moncler diese Reparatur vorzunehmen.
Aussage von Moncler, tut uns leid, wir haben diesen Stoff leider nicht mehr aber man solle sich doch an eine Schneiderin wenden, die könnte ja tricksen und einen ähnlichen Stoff verwenden. Sämtliche Schneidereien teilten mir mit, dass wenn Moncler einen weitestgehend ähnlichen Stoff zur Verfügung stellt eine Reparatur problemlos wäre. Auskunft von Moncler, das machen wir nicht.
Das war meine letztes Produkt welches ich von Moncler gekauft habe.

Not a bad brand, and most of all I like their vests for fall.
They're made of polyester with some kind of a insulation, so it's the best choice for rainy days. The material is waterproof and windproof, meaning that you shouldn't bother about hypothermia especially if you wear warm hoodie beneath.
I also once had their down jacket and wore it in winter, but the price was very high for me, thus I decided to resell it after a season.

J’ai commandé sur moncler il y’a même pas une semaine, première commande annulée pour aucun motif je trouve ça scandaleux, surtout pour une marque de “ luxe ” il ne devrait même pas y avoir le mot luxe avec leur enseigne. Service client , désolée de le dire mais très bête franchement. Ils m’ont promis un lien qui me permettrait de repayer ma doudoune que j’avais commandé avant qu’elle ne soit annulé sans payer de livraison , que j’vais payer 20€! pour qu’elle ne vienne même pas déçue vraiment . Le lien n’est même pas parvenu à ma boîte mail soit disant ils sont plusieurs à répondre et ne se souviennent pas de toute les conversations, non mais sérieux tu paye une doudoune au prix d’un salaire en belgique et ils sont même pas foutu de te l’envoyer !!!
