Scam website, their email address does not exist so if you need to contact them it is impossible. I wanted to cancel a pre order but could not as there was no way to contact them and their customer... ãã£ãšèŠã
My item didnât get delivered to the right address contacted monster shop maybe ten times every few days as they said theyâd get back in 2 working days on their form but was completely ignored. Almost... ãã£ãšèŠã

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! Not only didn't receive the item but my debit card details were hacked the same day I ordered this, and I had not used the card for any other online purchases recently as I normally pay by PayPal. I contacted them to say that it hadn't arrived and they gave me the same speil as previous reviewer about it being stuck with Royal Mail and that they had issued a refund. This is not possible as I have had to cancel that card so they can't refund. Not sure how I can get my money back without giving them sensitive information which I obviously don't want to do.

Some games unfortunately do get lost/misplaced within the Royal Mail system and the reason we issue an immediate refund is to ensure you can either re-order or source elsewhere whilst Royal Mail investigate the whereabouts of your item. The most important thing for most people when shopping, is generally customer service. Saving a few quid here and there is whatever, but itâs customer service that separates companies.
Having placed my first ever order, I was disappointed that there was a mix up, and in the end I had a refund, which as it happens hit my bank the very next dayâŠ
HoweverâŠ. After emailing and being responded to very quickly, the company were very apologetic, and after me mentioning that my son would be disappointed not to get his present, I was very pleasantly surprised when the next day the postman delivered an alternative game my son would loveâŠ. FOR FREE!

Superb service, very speedy correspondence,,and a refund that hit my bank hours after it was given, and a free game to boot.

I ordered Zelda: Tears of the kindom which came with a free poster, however, when the parcel arrived, the game was missing. Obviously, this was concerning but I have rated them with 5 stars because of the manner in which they resolved the issue. Once a complaint was raised and investigated by Monster-Shop, a new game was sent out within a few days. More importantly, I needed the game before my daughters birthday and they made sure it got to me on time. In my experience, things like games going missing can happen, its rare, but can happen and it comes down to how the company you buy from handles the situation and in this case...hats of to monster shop!

I had pre-purchased Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom from Monster-Shop as it was the cheaper than other places I had found. It arrived the day after release after being posted through the letterbox whilst I was out. I had also been supplied a Royal Mail tracking number, however this number was not useful in tracking the delivery and left me guessing when the game would arrive. Despite the tracking number issue, I would shop here again.
