Scam website, their email address does not exist so if you need to contact them it is impossible. I wanted to cancel a pre order but could not as there was no way to contact them and their customer... ãã£ãšèŠã
My item didnât get delivered to the right address contacted monster shop maybe ten times every few days as they said theyâd get back in 2 working days on their form but was completely ignored. Almost... ãã£ãšèŠã
I've now ordered from Monster-Shop four times and never been disappointed. Each time I've received a confirmation email, and delivery within 2-3 days (bar one pre-order that was delivered on Day... ãã£ãšèŠã

Efficient and friendly customer service
They sorted the technical problem I was having quickly and I was so pleased to be able to place my pre-order for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Collector's Edition. I asked whether they could send it out slightly earlier as I was going away on holiday on the day of release; they said they couldn't promise it would arrive in time but it did! Fantastic customer service, I will buy again from them.

Recently only discovered this website and itâs great. Not only was the game I ordered slightly cheaper than other places and I got it delivered a day early, but when I noticed that the pre order bonus wasnât included in mine even though I pre ordered, I sent an email asking about it, and they got back to me the same day with a code for the content. Scammers Who Do Not Refund Returns and Awful Customer Service
Weeks after returning an item that was confirmed as delivered I do still not have a refund. Multiple times I have contacted Customer Service only to be ignored and lied to. I would definitely avoid this place!
