So far we've had 4 failed collections which has meant us having to take lots of time away from work to be at home for couriers that never arrive..
No direct contact with an actual human at any point. They don't take phone calls, only messages.
Emails are inconsistent, untimely and read like an AI response.
This company is so impersonal. Only interested in taking your money rather than offering good customer service.

I purchased a post knocker on the past Friday for Monday delivery it is now Wednesday and nothing I have emailed several times with no response or a generic email saying we will get back to you, a load of rubbish when I called there is no one to answer just a recording asking to leave a message with no response shocking, my advice to anyone purchasing from this company is run a mile and pay a little more from a mown company.

ben al vanaf 2 juni bezig om een retour bon te krijgen omdat er artikelen ontbreken. kijk in je account voor je bericht van OBELINK staat niks in ook mijn ordernummer is niet te vinden beetje vreemd allemaal. diversen keren contact met OBELINK gehad die zeg staat een mailtje in de account dus niet hele discussie, besteld via OBELINK dus die moet het oplossen wettelijk gezien maar die verwijzen me naar dat vreselijke bedrijf Monstergroup die is op geen manieren te berijken. ook OBELINK doet moeilijk over de retour bon, wacht nog een paar dagen dan schakel de Rechtsbijstand in.
Late delivery, missing parts, poor communication
The garden furniture was ordered with next day delivery it then took over 4 days to arrive, after 2 days the weather was nice enough to assemble the furniture in the garden only to find there were no screws at all, email and voicemail left for Monster Group, no response as of yet and a useless pile of aluminum frames and cushions, not impressed and would absolutely not recommend the company to anyone else, trying to speak to anyone when you need assistance is nearly impossible.
Must be breaching retailers standards
Purchased cladding at 10:00 on 26/5 for next day delivery.
No tracking received so had to call them to be informed items out of stock.
The lack of communication is shocking and I requested an email for further information which I got.
Is it acceptable to process next day orders when they donât even have the stock.

Monster group promises next day delivery. Really disappointed, ordered on saturday and told it would be delivered late Friday - almost a week later. You can't call them and they say it takes 72 hours to respond to emails! Beware if you need something quickly.

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service and complete lack of professional communication regarding a sugarcane machine purchased for nearly £800. The machine is faulty and remains under warranty.
I am extremely frustrated by the way I have been treated. For the past few weeks, I have been pushed from pillar to post and consistently ignored.
My experience is summarized as follows:
- Unresponsive Communication: My numerous emails have gone unreplied, and my phone calls are constantly directed to voicemail because there is no one available to pick up the line.
- Collection Delays: It took nearly three weeks of effort just to get the machine picked up.
- Missing Equipment: Since the collection over a week ago, your team claims they cannot find my order or the machine itself.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a machine that is fit for purpose. Your failure to provide a working product or even basic customer support is a breach of my consumer rights.
I require an immediate update on the status of my machine. If you cannot locate the item or provide a definitive date for its repair and return within 48 hours, I demand a full refund of the £800 purchase price.
Please be advised that I am now prepared to escalate this matter to the Citizens Advice Bureau, Trading Standards, and the Ombudsman to ensure this is resolved.
I expect a response by the end of the next business day.

Ordered 2 very large garden storage boxes via Groupon and under estimated the size so decided to return one.
Monster Group arranged prompt DHL collection from my home and refunded in approx 5 days. Excellent Customer service via Email. In light of many negative reviews I thought it would be useful to highlight a positive experience!

Purchased a lawnspreader from them had it for just over 1 year only used 3 times it is absolute rubbish quality.
I have spoken to Monster Group customer services and they dont want to know absolute rubbish Customer services.
They said Technical Dept would call me, 3 times they have said this and nothing.
I will never use this company again and would suggest other people do the same.

The level of incompetence and lack of customer service is astounding.
I placed an order with them and cancelled almost immediately realising I had ordered wrong. It took them weeks to cancel the order, then the delivery of the unwanted item arrived anyway despite cancellation and weeks after it had been cancelled. The item also arrived damaged, although irrelevant as I didn't want it anyway, but shows how appalling the business is.
They then refused to return the item, which is illegal, refused to refund the item, and are completely ignored all requests to lodge a complaint or be directed to their customer services.
This is an online scam, don't waste your money on this criminal enterprise.
Kitchen bin
Ordered and received an in cupboard bin set in November 2025. Terrible item, very poor quality, ball bearings are falling out if the runners and door no longer opens or closes properly, bins cannot be lifted out to clean properly. Contacted them, i had so many emails
From different people and after 2 weeks they have finally said they can't do anything. Absolutely terrible product and terrible service from them ...... think before you buy from them. And today I have received an email from wetransfer to say they haven't even opened the photos & video that they requested i send to them.

Ordered a cushion storage box
Ordered a cushion storage box, it wasn't cheap, nearly 300 euro. Put the new cushions into the box in September. Opened the box in March, my furniture is absolutely destroyed. It is covered in mould. They have offered me a new lining for the box. Seriously, do they really think I would use the box again. Also, my seating cushions are absolutely covered in mould. Small claims here I come..

Received goods that should have been new, but clearly already used by someone else and returned to supplier. They don't reply to emails. I don't trust this company and now see why these jokers have such bad reviews. Buy elsewhere.
Radiator Cover
I purchased a radiator cover from the Range.co.uk on-line. When I received the cover thought is was from the Range as per my order. However the company the radiator was from was Monster Group.co.uk. I have never heard of them before !. When I received the item it was the packaging on both side of the large item top to bottom was split and contents were spilling out when lifted.
I have contacted them send photographs the packaging and seem to be going round in circles.

POOR QUALITY
Ordered racking from this company. The racking came which was all ripped and sellotaped back together. I immediately sent an email regarding this. I was not able to open this as I was away for over a month. When I did I put it together. All seemed fine. After a few week went ro my shed to find that the wood is covered in mould. Really bad thick mould. Contacted customer service and they said that it was in the instructions that it needed to be treated. I did not receive any instructions! Customer service then said that if I wanted them they could send yo me. I feel this is a smart and unwarranted remark to make. The wood they supply is not fit for purpose.
