Don’t pick up their phones, or answer emails. Promises of putting things right then when it doesn’t happen you can’t get hold of them. Rubbish customer service

DON’TORDER FROM THESE
Called these and was told they had my cabinet in stock and would be delivered tmw. No delivery and when I called they again said it was in their warehouse, now today they say they don’t have the stock and will now take another 10 days.
They take weeks to refund you as well.
Advise you use another company.

gazon wals besteld en betaald 268 euro bestelling zou de andere dag verzonden worden, na 7 dagen nog geenwals, op hun website staat dat het in behandeling is. telefoonnummers zijn niet bereikbaar, op contact formulier wordt niet gereageerd. ik denk dat ik mijn euros kwijt ben, wat een waardeloze webwinkel, voor mij oplichters.

Product good quality BUT flat-packed booklet how to assemble must have been written with no knowledge?? Didn't list all the parts and assembly details non sensible. Rung up and was sent same rubbish again. Delivery over a week no free mallets sent. Hard work to assemble on own but got there eventually. Need to sort these issues afraid won't buy from you again.

I purchased a stainless steel kitchen sink from Monster mechanics through Ebay in June 2022 had it fitted in July 2022 which is only 4 months maximum and it has started to go rusty , I contact Monster through Ebay and there reply is that it is not covered by there guarantee as it is not an electrical item . how can stainless steel start to go rusty after less than 4 months of use . My advise is DO NOT BUY A STAINLESS STEEL SINK FROM MONSTER THEY ARE RUBBISH
A waste of time and money!
Cheap quality products and poor after sales customer service. Ordered the Monster Racking Galwix Galvanised Steel Shelves and I’m NOT impressed with its quality with flimsy parts that are razor sharp and also the added frustration as it was not easy to put it together. Also save yourself from the disappointment and aggravation. Dealing with their customer services was equally frustrating. They over promise and under deliver. My delivery was several days later than expected so a new date was promised but package never arrived. I had the painful experience of chasing as no communication was forthcoming. Eventually got package 4 days later than expected. Not a good experience! AVOID

This company is absolutely disgraceful and should be removed from Amazon. They reply to emails over a week later if at all. Part was missing, sent the item back, they have had the item back for 12 days and still haven't refunded or answered emails. If I could leave zero stars I would. Buy from this company at your own peril, you WILL regret it!
Monster T-Rax shelving
The Range (who I ordered from) messed up the order and I only received 3 out of 6 shelving units. After 40 minutes on hold to The Range I was given the option to open a case with them or contact Monster direct. I took my chances with the latter. The super helpful lady at Monster answered in a couple of rings and had the rest of the order shipped next day delivery. Great customer service. The shelving units are just what I needed for my shed and very sturdy for the price paid too at around £30 each, delivered. Recommended.

Awful experience with continuing pain and stress. Just do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
'Next day delivery' ... over one week later I have one parcel of three delivered, and frankly just want a refund and never to hear from this company again.
Great after sale care.
I purchased a post box, they sent this abroad quickly and efficiently ensuring all the necessary customs forms had been completed. There was a small issue regarding the lock so they sent a new one abroad at no additional charge. They were quick to respond and very professional, excellent after sale customer service.
Monster's Q Rax and Customer Service
Monster's Q Rax - let me start with that. It is strong and very, very easy to assemble. I've used a fair bit of racking over the years and this is the best I've ever assembled. Thought I'd see what they were like and ordered two. So good I ended up buying five. 20 mins for one person.
Customer service - one of the racks came with the incorrect shelves. Danielle at Monster apologised, organised the correct shelves for next day delivery and picked up the incorrect ones. What more could she have done? Well, she could have called or emailed the next day to make sure that all was well, perhaps. Which is exactly what she did. Called and emailed!

Great priced Electric Tile Cutter
Very good service arrived before the estimated delivery date. I bought it as a gift for my husband and he loves it he can cut tiles to his hearts content. Really sturdy product and easy to use.

Wish I’d of read the reviews before I purchased anything from this diabolical company. Absolutely useless. I’ve emailed them for 2 weeks now they send a acknowledgment email back and that’s it. They send faulty goods and customer service is awful.

Wonderfull service from the Dutch located Monster office on a delivery issue at the transport company. Took ownership of the probleem and made sure a new product was shipped towards me immediately.
Avoid, no after sales service for their products.
Wouldn't address what was obviously a manufacturing defect on a product they sold that was only a few months old.
An opaque "guarantee, - they don't believe their "mechanical" guarantee should apply to a product that was purely mechanical in nature and operation - a clothes dryer rope and pulley set. They also exhibited no understanding of consumer law and the liabilities this bestows on a retailer.
Amazon (Monster Group are a Market Place trader on the platform) were apologetic enough about the company's behaviour to provide a refund.
