Order key missing parts
Order delayed. Arrived and 4 boxes missing so after paying someone to attend to put together was unable to build. Waiting on a response as just goes to voicemail. Cost over £2000 and had to raise dispute with my credit card provider.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The item arrived extremely delayed despite being sold as next-day delivery. When it finally came, it was bent, unlabeled, and the instructions were completely useless.
I even had to pay someone to assemble it, yet the parts didn’t match or align properly, leaving noticeable gaps. The metal edges are dangerously sharp—I actually cut my thumb quite badly while handling it. The lock mechanism doesn’t align either, so the item cannot even be used as intended.
For the high price, this is totally unacceptable. The quality is awful, the product feels unsafe, and it’s absolutely not fit for purpose. I will never buy from this seller again and strongly advise others to avoid.

I have a faulty product and they reply once a week, asking for completely irrelevant information just to keep delaying the return/replacement or refund.
One star is too much for companies like this playing the game, hoping you’ll just give up.

Received a large rattan box from Monster via The Range a month ago. It arrived with no fixture parts. Despite several emails, I still don't have the parts needed to build the box, which is now propped up in our lounge. Dismal customer services, Range no help either. They have my money, and I don't have a usable product, so I will be taking legal advice. Shocking at every level.

Rubbish Company
I would give zero stars if I could, just had my 2nd Jukebox delivered & it’s faulty again,the quality is absolutely rubbish, trying to get through to someone in Customer Service is none existent, they never get back to you, the only good thing to happen, I contacted Amazon & they put a claim in & Refunded the money back, which was brilliant, I would never Purchase anything from this Comant again ☹️
Missing parts took weeks to get a response
Good value product (shed shelves) sold via B&Q with quick delivery. The shelves looked good at a great price but I had to return them.
I reported 11 parts missing 2 days after delivery. It took me weeks to get a response then weeks for them to arrange to send the missing parts but the sent the wrong colour for 10 and the wrong part (and colour) for the 11th. They finally agreed a return and refunded me.
Absolutely Shocking – Poor Quality Product and Appalling Customer Service
I bought a shed from Monster Group through The Range for £150 and honestly it’s a complete disgrace. The shed arrived in terrible condition — the wood is unbelievably cheap and poor quality, with splits, chips, scratches and marks on nearly every piece. It’s clear these issues were there from manufacturing, not delivery, yet Monster Group tried to blame the delivery company instead of owning up to their own poor standards.
To make matters even worse, their customer service is shockingly bad. When you phone, you get fobbed off because they can’t deal with complaints directly — everything has to be passed on to another department and then you’re left waiting days for a single email back. The whole process is frustrating, painful and a massive waste of time.
I’m extremely disappointed in both the product and the service from Monster Group and I certainly won’t be buying from them again. A complete rip-off — avoid at all costs.

I bought from MonsterRacking a few years ago and was really pleased with the product and service...Oh how a few years changes things!!!!
I would never use them again after this experience!
1. Incomplete order delivered from MonsterRacking - ordered 2 units and only received the MDF shelves.
2. Contacting ANYONE in MonsterGroup via phone is impossible and email will only be responded to when mentioning reporting to Credit Card company or Trading Standards.
3. Part of order shipped from Netherlands (even though everything is seemingly UK stock) and to top it all off I then get an email from UPS saying they couldn't release the shipment due to an outstanding £58 charge on import duty!!!!!
I am sick of companies like this hiding behind voicemail only call centres and AI bot chat or email responses. Customer Service should put the Customer first...right?

This company is an absolute robbing company. I don’t know how they get away with it. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered garden furniture it’s laughable Poorly made pillows were like paper fin . Its a joke when tried to cancel the item 2 minutes after I bought it on eBay days later said it’s been sent out so ignored my request to cancel it . Been trying to get my money back. Dial Van to get it picked up that was absolutely hard work as I had to go through eBay as they completely blank you Wow it was hard work took me months. I had to go through PayPal. In the end cause eBay said the money back guarantee sided with them that doesn’t exist They ignored every message. They were an absolute joke, do not deal with this company was £1799 proper disgusting company

They only got 1 star because I can't give them no stars.
I ordered a present for my husbands birthday from Amazon. It was supposed to arrive on the Friday before the last bank holiday... You already know where I am going with this but stick with it - it's worse than you think.
The tracking app gave us reassurance the package would be delivered so you can imagine our surprise when I received a notification that a delivery had been en attempted but was unsuccessful when my husband was in the front room and we have a ring doorbell camera.
No option to collect so we had to wait until delivery the next day, OK would still be in time for his birthday - not getting divorced yet....
The tracking app indicates all is well the next day. We are both waiting in the front room athe allocated hour only to see the dpd driver wizz past our house (no stopping) when we get another failed delivery notification.
We chased him down... He said the package was not on his van - dpd app must be incorrect then... Upshot - no parcel..
We tried to call, wow, it should not be that hard to get through. I raised a complaint with the seller and dpd. To their credit I did get a call back but only to say nothing could be done due to the bank holiday until Tuesday.
No present for the birthday, luckily my husband has other things to entertain him - also from Amazon.
I contact a monster Group who are the supplier to let them know. I do get a response from them to say they have raised it with dpd and they will update me (they didn't).
Tuesday comes and goes with no update, no apology and a notification that the parcel won't be delivered until Wednesday on the app which luckily I checked ckecked.... We were not in on Wednesday so we re-arranged it for Thursday. Incidentally the amazon tracking details stated there had been a change of address and that the delivery had been attempted Wednesday (it hadn't).
Finally it is delivery day although we are nervous that there is no update before I have to head out so I leave my husband at home. The delivery turns up, yay.....unfotunately that is not the end of the saga...
It is damaged, dpd don't want to know. I can't raise a formal complaint because I am not their customer it has to come through Monster Group. The complaint I raised last week which I had assumed was a formal complaint was downgraded to an internal complaint and I wasn't. Informed - I am not an internal client so I do not understand how this works.
Anyway I inform Monster Group of the damage and I am waiting for a call back... Mean time I phone dpd to register my complaint whilst I am finding out how to rate the past drivers (because I can only rate the last one on the app) I get cut off......despite the fact they have my details they do not call me back..... Truly awful customer service
Wasted day with no delivery
I have ordered an item and was given a delivery date yesterday with a time slot from 9-5.30. Sat in an empty bar the entire day for it to not arrive and to realise there’s no way to speak to this company 🤯 Absolutely ridiculous, I still have no clue if and when this item will arrive, despite the website saying next day delivery. I wish I’d read these reviews first.

Do not waste your time or money buying from this company. We ordered a bbq from them on next day delivery. Waited in all day. Nothing came. It eventually came the following day. Unpacked it. Small pieces missing. Many phone calls before I got to speak to a person. Advised to buy the bits locally and they will reimburse or refund.
We asked them to collect for a refund. Have to wait 4 working days to book DX courier. Waited in all day. No one came. Called DX, advised they have no outstanding pick ups for our address on their system. What a waste of a day.
Called to complain this am. Monster Group advising that their phone system is message only meaning it’s not possible to speak to a real person. What a shambles.
Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else. This company should not be trading.
We would give nil stars if this was possible.
Supposed to be received 22/4/25
Supposed to be received 22/4/25, eventually 30/4/25. Wrong items delivered and items missing. After numerous phone calls they managed to send another wrong item.
I ordered a 3m x 3m anthracite grey pergola. One of the parcels was parts for a wood effect 4m x 3m pergola.
They then delivered another 4m x 3m wood effect part instead of the 3m x 3m part.
Still no sign of the missing lighting controls or replacement faulty blind. However, I still have TWO 4m x 3m cartons weighing around 40kgs each blocking my path.
Dreadful customer service. They have now replaced their phone lines with voicemail so you can’t even speak to anyone and they never respond to messages or email.
Now 15/5/25 and not resolved.

Incorrect goods not collected
The product I ordered was delivered in the wrong colour, after many phone calls and emails I received the correct product by DX but the collection of the wrong goods was not arranged. There are now two 3m long packages obstructing access to my garden and I cannot move them. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone at Monster Group or DX.

They took our money £650 and never sent the item. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They ignored my refund request, said the item was dispatched a week after requesting the order to be cancelled, then it sent a message to say it was lost in delivery system (even though we no longer wanted it and had asked for a refund). Then they gave us the run around for weeks with no refund ever coming. Had to contact the Debit Card department at our bank in the end to get them to do a charge back on the card payment. They deserve every negative review on here and elsewhere, wish we had read these before ordering AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Update: 19th May 2025. This morning a courier company turned up at our door saying they had a delivery from this AWFUL company and demanded that we pay them cash before they would deliver it to us. So we sent them packing in no uncertain terms. They are now saying to send them an invoice for monies paid and they will look into it for us….what the heck is going on. We are beginning to think they just enjoy winding people up and all this and everyone else’s experiences are a joke for them…totally exasperated!

Dit bedrijf is pure oplichting!!!! Had wat besteld, kwam gehavend aan, terug gestuurd en wacht tot op heden nog steeds op mijn geld. Op mails wordt niet gereageerd, telefoonnummer is buiten gebruik. Ik heb inmiddels een advocaat ingeschakeld en begin nu een rechtszaak tegen hun. Wees gewaarschuwd mensen, koop hier niks!!!
