Absolute Abzocke!!!! Staubsauger hat schlechte akkuleistung. Der kundenservice ist frech und schreibt übersetztes deutsch. Den Staubsauger zurücksenden war nicht möglich. Bzw wurde mir gesagt daa ich quasi trotzdem auf den vollen kosten sitzen bleibe weil er nach china zurück geschickt werden muss. Mal abgesehen davon, das ich meine Bestellung widerrufen hatte und es einfach missachtet wurde! Bloss nicht bestellen!

Der Staubsauger ist nicht unbedingt das Nonplusultra, aber für den Preis ok.
Saugt eigentlich ganz gut,acculeistung ist ok.

Oplichters bedrijf, niet kopen want terugsturen is onmogelijk.

MoonPod is connected to DryPulseUK and DryEase who sell dehumidifiers online at £138.00. (also see Sterra and Sterra Moon). The "dehumidifiers" are cheap little plastic machines from China which don't work/not as described. Same problems as other reviewers with customer service, offering minimum compensation and not supplying a return address etc. We have been chasing a refund from DryPulseUk for several weeks now but oddly today we received a response from MoonPod in relation to our issue with DryPulseUk. Please checkout the BBC Sounds programme "Dehumidified" It appears that there are loads of these cheap products being sold at very inflated prices all over the world. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I would have given zero stars but you can’t. I ordered a vacuum cleaner in June 2024 and I couldn’t ever get on their order or store page as it wasn’t secure. As time went by and I had no idea if or when it was going to be delivered I tried to cancel but was told I couldn’t until 2 weeks after delivery. I never received the item but they had my £179.00. It’s now September 20th and I have no vacuum and no refund. They do not answer emails. The company is marketed as MoonpodUK but is infact a Hong Kong company as far as I can see. I would advise against using this company unless you have unlimited funds and don’t mind losing your money. There is no customer service and this has been a very difficult and stressful process for me. I subsequently ordered a Vax which was delivered the next day with a guarantee and a genuine customer service based in the uk.

I purchased this following an exception on-line review which I now assume was a product testiment made by a "paid tester" as I have a dog that moults dreadfully! The product is manufactured from poor quality plastic. Trying to initially get the parts to fit was difficult! Badly moulded with cheap plastic tools and the ability to suck as well as a fish with a straw! Avoid like the plague! Absolutely trash. Now fighting to get my money back - watch this space.....

Cet aspirateur est vraiment pratique, sans fil e'est top, je peux I'utiliser n'importe où. La puissance d'aspiration est assez forte, il nettoie bien la poussière et les cheveux. Parfait pour les flemmards comme moi, ça rend le ménage beaucoup plus facile!

This company is a SCAM ,there are lots of these Chinese companies lying about where they are located and what they are selling. "JOY" is a bot and the name JOY stands for Jokes On You...because they know they are scamming you and stealing your money and making you jump through hoops with videos and ridiculous questions...just go straight to your bank .don't bother engaging with scammers

Un aspirateur digne d'un gadget ramasse poussière de table. Je me suis fait avoir par leur jolie site internet. Évidemment l'aspirateur n'a fonctionné qu'un mois et demi. Le service après vente est plus que médiocre. Ne voulant comprendre que l'aspirateur n'aspire plus et recrache la poussière au moment de l'éteindre, ils me demandent une vidéo prouvant qu'il n'aspire plus... J'envoie une vidéo où l'on voit bien que les poussières reste au sol mais en vain. J'en suis a mon 10eme mails et toujours la même réponse : "Notre ingénieur a déclaré que l'aspiration n'était pas visible". Évidemment puisqu'il n'aspire plus.... Bref à éviter, je ne le recommande pas du tout

Absolutely useless vacuum cleaner, two things broke off of the unit within 2 months now it doesn't work at all...their customer service are about as good as their product, offering a 3% refund!!
Seriously STEER CLEAR DO NOT BUY!

ik heb hem een aantal dagen en ben er eigenlijk heel tevreden mee! Doet wat hij moet doen.

I purchased the vacuum cleaner not realising it was from China as the company had an Australian website address. Then I read the reviews and was horrified. But, to my surprise and delight it turned up within two weeks. It is brilliant, I can't fault it. The vacuum time is extensive, and it is light, and the head is very flexible.

Bad Customer service and the Hoover isn’t all that it’s not as powerful as they say tried to get a refund and it’s a nightmare

Ongelofelijk wat een slecht bedrijf, nul klantvriendelijk. Slechte kwaliteit
Terwijl je recht hebt om producten terug te sturen, blijven ze moeilijk doen en proberen je met een fooi af te schepen. Kortom niet kopen!!

Tentative d'annulation de la commande dans la foulée car j’ai lu les avis trop tard, mais commande expédiée soit disant dans les 6 h, depuis c'est dialogue de sourd avec de faux manager... Je compte refuser le colis. Dégoutée!

Je viens de le recevoir je l'ai acheté suite à un article le plaçant n°1 en 2024.
Certes ce n'est pas de la haute qualité (le prix n'est pas haut non plus pour un aspirateur)
Je l'ai assemblée et aspirer un peu pour l'instant l'aspirateur fait le job.
A voir sur le long terme.

Unbelievable nerve of their customer services. Threatening and extremely unhelpful. Basically told me their product was fine even though it clearly doesn't do the job it's intended, it's uncomfortable to use and lacks any quality in the materials it's made from. Hardly picks anything up of the floor either. What good is a vacuum that doesn't vacuum. Told that to send it back it had to go to China and I had to pay the postage, import tax, customs fee. Which would more or less be the cost of the vacuum and if it got lost in transit the full costs of that would fall at my door. Instead they offered me a 3% refund to keep it. That equates to £5.37 refund on a £179 product. Steer clear and tell everyone you know about this company, Ryelo. All of their products are clearly going to be rubbish and they must be a scam company.

Order the hoover 3 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived however, says it was delivered. Their service team have been looking into it for 3 weeks but still no outcome absolutely shocking.

Nothing thus far because i will NOT purchase as i have read the reviews!!

l'arnaque du moment. N'aspire rien du tout, plastique très mauvaise qualité, ça ressemble plus à un aspirateur pour cuisine d'enfant. J'ai voulu annuler ma commande 1h00 après avoir commandé car j'ai vu beaucoups d'avis très défavorable mais pas de réponse puis dés le départ du colis ils me répondent trop tard votre colis est en livraison... A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!!
