Will most likely not get products when it says you will get it.
I ordered directly from the Moriah Elizabeth website. The website said delivered before Christmas, I ordered Dec 10 and just received it today Jan. 5 Also they DO NOT offer refunds. Won't order her stuff again.

SINGLE STITCH on a Backpack - joking right?!
First expierence ordering TikTok merch, and I'm as disappointed as I anticipated. My daughter was excited to purchase a backpack and keychain, we waited 2.5 months for delivery, and upon opening, the backpack is absolutely adorable, but completely useless. SINGLE STITCH on a backpack?!?! it wont last a week at school. For reference, even your basic t-shirt is sewn better. What a waste of $90! Its the equivalent of ordering a custom made Temu item. I should have known better.

The Chess set exceeded my expectations
The Chess set exceeded my expectations. It was a little late in arriving but I’m not taking away any stars because I expected that, as it is hand made. It is very high quality, large & weighty. My daughter is so happy. I wouldn’t recommend learning chess on it, but if you’re already quite familiar with the game then the characters actually add to the fun. It’s more for display of course, and it looks and feels great for that purpose as well. Very satisfied

My 9 year old daughter is obsessed
My 9 year old daughter is obsessed with Moriah Elizabeth and was begging for her book. I pre-ordered and patiently waited for it to arrive. Daughter sat and read the book for HOURS and HOURS that day. She said it was the best gift ever.

Dishonest
The morning after I placed a large order for my granddaughter's birthday, I realized I had already placed the order. I instantly contacted their customer service, explaining that I had only placed the second order 8 hours earlier. I was told that they would try to stop the order before it was fulfilled and would advise me. Of course, I did not receive ANY response even after multiple attempts. Therefore, I will NEVER buy another product from this company.

Everything is SO cute
Everything is SO cute! I ordered the first guide book for my daughter, and she absolutely LOVES it. I bought it on presale, and they were very good about keeping me posted on when it was going to ship. It arrived in perfect condition, and my daughter lost her mind over what a great gift it was.
