everything ships out of China, not that that alone is bad but it feels very misleading.

Ordered on September 7 and I am still waiting on an update for my order. Went around in circles before being sent back to the manufacturer.

Tried to email them from the email on their Shopify page but was met with "This email is not monitored." Eventually found an email to send it to and they informed me they would ship it out again and was told the new expected date of delivery is "November 25 to December 2"...... Well it's Dec 2.

I have ordered from the official ME site twice
Both shipped originally from juniper first the deck of card they are loved and well played with and of good quality and exactly what we expected shipped and delivered within a week
Then the 2nd generation backpack purse and wallet was punched in July 26 In the first few hours of the release as a Christmas gift
No where on the site it it say it would take MONTHS to deliver (yes I’m aware it is a “custom order” but I was thinking 6-8 weeks) I received it today on October 21 purchasing I also had to contact juniper with quick reply in Aug to find out what was going on
These items seem of decent quality but only time will tell how they hold up
The back pack is a mini medium size puse (not full size backpack) but purse and wallet fits inside these where pursed for my 7 yr old to enjoy and use as intended not to “hold on to and not use”
We will have to wait and see but 3 stars due to lack of proper information on time line and shipping

This is my second review, saying the same thing recently or houses burned down and we miss the pre-order of the 10 million subscribers stuffy. There was only two weeks to order and I found out on like three days before the 18th. We already wrote to Maria with waiting a whole month Super Duper sad videos are good but they make me sad watching them

Waiting for almost 2 weeks for my order to arrive. No response to my inquiries. It was guaranteed to arrive at the latest, 4 days ago. This was a birthday present and that date passed yesterday.

My daughter loves Moriah Elizabeth and asked for a Pickle plush for her birthday which was on April 27th 2024. Less than three weeks later it already has a hole/rip in the stitching. I’d thought it felt like a good quality item when it first arrived so I didn’t really begrudge the hefty price tag and long delivery time, but unfortunately it has now proven otherwise. It has most definitely not been over played with, my daughter has always really looked after her toys. It seems you’re paying more for the name rather than the quality unfortunately.

I love her merchandise, sometimes it takes a little while to arrive, but it is ALWAYS worth the wait!! It’s such good quality, and so soft and adorable!!
And it only takes a while to ship if it’s a pre- order. Obviously. Even then it doesn’t take that long.

Still waiting for delivery of item (already paid for) ordered November 2023, first it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas, then late December, then January, now ”early February” (but that’s passed by now). Seems like a scam.

My kids Love Moriah Elizabeth and as a family we enjoy watching but somethings don't make any sense with your merch...there will be themed shirts meaning Christmas or valentines day as well as others im sure but they don't arrive even close to that themed day and who wears a Christmas shirt in june and these are kids so the following year they will have grown out of them so it turns into a rag that goes out to my garage and here it is 25 days after my order still no valentines day shirt and the day has come and gone so the themed holiday shirts are useless because they don't arrive for the occasion! but good news is my paint set that i ordered with the shirts finally shipped from China but i couldn't tell ya where it is or when it will come because tracking makes as much sense as the shirt debacle..my advice is find a vendor/supplier in america and make a certain amount of "special edition" shirts in each size and once there gone there gone..im sure there is enough data to have a close guess on how many shirts are sold and it would be more lucrative for you and your business because your looseing money due to this issue..sure u may not get 3 dollar shirts and make a 34 dollar profit but I'd bet it's still a great profit and this 1.5 rating that detours many people from odering will go up and more people will order.

Unfortunately I am having to write this review after having purchased many items in the past with no issues. I placed a preorder for the Squishy ghost plushy in September 2023 and it still hasn’t arrived and I’ve gotten nothing but canned responses asking me to verify my shipping over and over. I get being a huge success and needing someone to handle your merch, but this is the second supplier she’s had and it’s been a terrible experience. My son has been waiting 6 months for his birthday present.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Zero customer service. ZERO. What I ordered for my grand daughter was just a size too small. No big deal, just return it for a larger size right? WRONG. I can't even get a response to an email (I've sent 5 in the last month) and there is no other way to contact them. Apparently I'm just stuck with a useless $50.00 hoodie. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN.

IF YOU HAVE A LIFE ON A COUCH WATCHING YOUTUBE FOR YEARS, AND YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD, HERE IS THE SHOP FOR YOU. I ordered a gift for my younger sister for Christmas, it turned out to be pre-order only, which they only told me four-weeks after order. I get it if I just added to cart without looking at specks, but I spent about an hour skimming the page for any random info. Turned out they added some tags after I ordered saying pre-order only. I got an email from DEREK, well, screw you Derek and thank you for ruining Christmas.

Ordered several items a month ago and some haven’t been shipped yet. There’s no communication from the company, no customer service, they’ve never responded to my inquiries. It’s an outrage for the prices. Very disappointing.

Purchase never arrived and there’s no way to contact anybody once it’s lost/gone/never shipped. What an absolute crock of horse manure

She’s a scam artist that’s about it she sells these items geared towards kids and rips them off. We ordered a plushie from her my computer mouse if bigger than it and it cost $22.00 the items such a scam. We will never support her again! Don’t waste money on her things.

I ordered ME Stationary set. Order placed on 11/17/23. Package was received on 11/21/23 - so in plenty time for Christmas. Unfortunately for me, the Juniper staff packaged the cardboard stationary box in a plastic envelope. The shipping agent either tossed it around while processing the package or maybe the delivery agent dropped kick the box to my porch. I have impact holes in the plastic shipping bag as well as pavement impact scars. Needless to say, the stationary box that I paid $34.99 was damaged beyond giving as a Christmas gift. I filed a claim, further asked to provide photos which said were provided. I'm still waiting as the clock counts down to Christmas. That item should have never been shipped in a plastic envelope. I had a rather large order over $120 and was charged $19.50 for shipping. It should have been shipped in a box with bubble-wrap. Ho Ho Ho! Hope this doesn't happen to anybody else!

Unless you have months to wait for a delivery do not use this company. They also are completely unhelpful, my husband was in the USA for two weeks and I made an order for my daughter for a few items. What they fail to tell you is the product goes in to production when you order so it takes 1 month at the very least to arrive!! They will not refund nor will they assist with changing the delivery address. Please do yourself a favour and don’t order from them, my previous order took 3 months to arrive

Ordered a backpack and a pencil case for my daughter in July for back to school. The case was a pre-order and was due to arrive mid-August. Backpack arrived quickly, seemed to be nice quality. Mid-August came and went, no case, no update. September almost came and went and by this time we had already bought her a different pencil case. Went to cancel the order and saw it had just shipped. It arrived and was tiny. It was close to $30 and only holds a few pencils. Not even big enough for a pack of post it notes. My daughter now wants a plush for Christmas but we can’t get the checkout to work. We’ve been trying for a week.

I ordered the nail polish set and a Georgie hoodie last year with no issues, seamless. Tried to buy a beanie hat this week and now her site won’t ship to my area (Virginia Beach) when it already has shipped twice to the same house….nor will it ship to my moms house in New Orleans. What is going on with whatever new program is being used for shipping????? Tried to fix the issue so many times that I got blocked. And then I wrote an email to the company and they sent some generic regurgitation that had nothing to do with my inquiry. Super disappointed. I mean both cities I tried to ship to are fairly large so I’m confused as to where exactly DOES Moriah Elizabeth merch ship???

Scam Company:
I've ordered 2 things for my son friend's birthday, have received partial shipment, and it's been more than two months never received the remaining shipment. Contacted numerous times and receiving no response, do not order from them as it's a scam. If you want to waste your time and money and on top of that having stress, so don't bother to order.
