I am joining the crowd expressing a scam by Moriah Elizabeth. Her website promised a promotional offer and even put this promotion on my billing screen. The promotional merch never arrived and Juniper (not the Moriah Elizabeth company) basically said they don’t care and asked me to prove it. And…I ordered 2 Ghosts and the package was ripped open and one was missing. They literally told me to look around the ground outside my key entered mailbox to see if it was there. Said that the tracking showed it was delivered. Moriah Elizabeth is a horrible company and you can tell by the reviews.

I ordered a Halloween shirt for my daughter on Oct 5. It was way overpriced at $28 but she really wanted it, so we splurged. I wrote the company twice to ask about it as it hadn’t shipped as of Oct 17. Finally they told me they had “supply issues” and they didn’t have it to send, said they’d refund. I have a disappointed girl. We won’t shop here again, I wouldn’t recommend it.

ME’s merch shop is run by a company called Juniper Creates. I bought a backpack and art set for my little girl- as a reward for her hard work at school. The only notice I received after my purchase was an e-mail from Juniper with a tracking number which was of zero use; not a single email after that. Since Juniper was unable to tell me where my parcel was, only sending me DHL phone numbers that got me nowhere, I went about looking for my parcels myself - to discover, no thanks to Juniper’s help, that they had been delivered in my absence and, because I could not receive the parcel, shipped back to Juniper in the US. Juniper now refuses either to send me the parcels back (for which I would happily pay shipping costs) or to give me my money back. They have literally told me my packages will be “either donated or disposed of”. They are to keep both my money and my daughter’s present. It is beyond disgraceful- I feel robbed. How will I explain this to my child?
Update- I was finally refunded my money, but not before writing this review and scaling up the tone of my emails with customer support.

trustworthy and amazing no explantion needed just amazing merch

I bought Rosie the bashful dragon for my granddaughters and they loved her. Excellent quality, came in 1 day. They love Mariah’s videos and recommend her products to everyone.

Never received order! I placed my order in the first week of January 2023. It’s now end of April and I never received it. I have contacted customer service numerous times, with either no response or an automated message that they are “working” on it. How terrible to scam little kids and their families.

Please be careful when buying Moriah's products. I placed an order in Nov 2022 for the Paint & Art set for my granddaughter. The money went out of my account the same day. I received an email the next day stating that the order had been sent with a receipt and tracking number. The tracking site came up as a "bad request". I tried to contact the company by their email address, which came up as an invalid recipient. I handed the matter over to my bank and today on the 22 March 2023, received a full refund. My granddaughter is so distraught at the moment about her hero. Please don't let this happen to anyone in your family.

I’d put ZERO if I could! Ordered several things for my daughter for Christmas, came a month after. Swore off ever ordering again to break down a year or so later and buy a plush for my daughter. Ordered on 2/3, (not a “preorder”) to hear NOTHING from them for nearly a month. I sent several messages to hear, “that the ordering had been fulfilled for that item and they are refunding my money!” Crock of crap! THE WORST SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Do not order!

I ordered the paint pallet for my daughter at Christmas. 3 of the paints in the pallet are dried out and unusable. The company that supplies the merch refuses to exchange the paints instead they want me to add water and mess around with it. I payed for a working product and I haven’t received it. It’s heartbreaking to know that Moriah Elizabeth would have a company like “spring” handle her merch. My daughter is devistated and can’t understand why her favorite YouTuber would let her down like this.

I recieved the T-shirt I ordered in the summer of 2022. I gave it to my daughter for Christmas. It is February 2023 now, and the print on the t-shirt is peeling and fading so badly. I feel terrible for my daughter, as she was so excited about the shirt when she got it. Moriah needs to get them to use a better application method. All of her cute characters are looking a bit spoopy after a month or two of occasional wear. For reference, I have a ton of band tee. These all fade, and I actually like that, but this case is extreme.

I wish I would have checked out these reviews before I ordered the plushie set. I paid $80 plus rush shipping only to find the order confirmation email stating it won’t arrive within the dates paid for. I emailed them immediately about the date discrepancy and all it said was there is nothing they can do about it at this time. It was addressed within minutes of the order. They didn’t offer a refund of the rush shipping either. Not only do I not get the product within the time paid for, but I didn’t get them within the later time they said I would.
Very frustrating to overspend on a product for your child and not receive it.

This happened quite a while ago, but I ordered a merch t-shirt, it was around 25 pounds. It came extremely small (toddler size) despite me putting my appropriate size and had a hole in it. The printing of the character on the t-shirt was very bad aswell. Extremely disappointed. I do enjoy her videos, but i will not be buying from Moriah Elizabeth again.

Absolute scam. Ordered three months ago. No product. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered in November got arrival date 8 December and nothing has arrived at all I have one very upset daughter, customer service non existent emails over 5 times no response I have left reviews on her official instagram no response appalling and charged over £30 shipping

If I could give this Zero Stars I would. As with so many other reviewers, my daughter is a big Moriah fan. Ordered a paint set mid November. Money taken the same day. One email to say order received then nothing. It’s 12th January and no sign of the item. No responses to chasing emails and tracking number does not work. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My daughter idolises Moriah Elizabeth, but like most people on here, we have been left bitterly disappointed that her Christmas presents didn’t arrive for the big day.
We ordered on 28th November and got delivery dates between 14th and 28th December.
It’s also frustrating as you don’t see the delivery dates until after you’ve paid.
I emailed customer services 5 times, and finally got a response. It basically said they would contact the production team. Another week on, I have received a dispatch email to say the items will arrive between 31st January and 7th February!!!!!
We paid £30 shipping so find this mind blowing.

I appreciate that Moriah Elizabeth doesn’t deal with production personally, but this level of service is not good at all. I would have been less upset if someone had just communicated that there had been issues, as when it’s Christmas, you need to make other arrangements when these were your child’s main presents.
Won’t be ordering from them again. 😩

Never received order confirmation. No response from support when attempting to reach out for status, twice. They had no problem charging my account though.

How am I supposed to explain this to my daughter that one of her favorite YouTubers failed to send the merch that she wanted to buy. They are essentially stealing money from an 8 year old.

I ordered two products on 24th November 2022. It’s now 6th January 2023 and they still haven’t arrived. My daughter was sooooooo disappointed that Santa didn’t bring what she had asked for. Never mind the money I paid for a product that didn’t even arrive!!!!! What an absolute scam!!!!!🤯

We recieved the paint kit. It was my kids big present from us. We just opened the paints and they are a junk. It’s completely separated liquid with no paint. Stinks and just smelly liquid drips out of both ends. I’m so upset. Overpriced junk and will not be supporting her any more. I’ll be posting on her you tube channel as well. Scam scam scam!

Edit: the set arrived on 3 January, 5 weeks after it was ordered. I am pleased with the the set, it’s actually very beautiful and high quality. A real shame it did not arrive on time.

Placed order on 26 November for a paint set for a Christmas present, over a month later still hasn’t arrived. Email says it now won’t be delivered until mid January.
The products are very expensive and having paid over £10 for delivery this is appalling.
