Any time we have had a problem with any items delivered they were very helpful and accommodating. We have purchased many times from Moriah Elizabeth! We had an issue with the last company she used and they never even replied to us after multiple attempts. Juniper Creates answers quickly and keeps you updated. Have never had any negative experiences with them!

I have placed several orders with this site for Moriah Elizabeth and I am always satisfied with the items I receive. I order for my 10 year old daughter. She is a huge Moriah fan. The quality of the plushies are exceptional and they're absolutely adorable. My orders always come fast and I've never encountered a problem. My daughter is always super excited to receive a new plush to add to her growing collection

I like how the shop website has a setting where you can change the price. many other shop websites don’t have that. I also liked how fast it is to process the order the items have amazing quality. Just a ✨amazing✨shop.

I have order several times, as my daughter is obsessed with Moriah Elizabeth! All orders that I have done have been great. I did ordered the wrong size one time for my daughter and I contacted the team and they sent out another size I just had to pay for shipping! It was great.

I have bought a few things from Moriah Elizabeth’s shop and have loved the quality. While most of the items take a long time to arrive, mainly because they are PREODERS, they wait is definitely worth it. I have bought Pickle, the Celebration Pickle, Derp, Eustace, and Shelly plush along with her character year book and character guide book volume one. The quality of all her products I have bought are really good and things I will be able to keep for years and maybe be able to pass down to younger family members one day. The shipping does take a while, but all packages have arrived around the date it says it will.

Ordered the alien bean bodies for my daughter for Christmas on the day they were released. In the video she'd said that if ordered that day, they'd be delivered by Christmas. Lo and behold, a week before Christmas they still hadn't arrived so I went to check. Still showed as being processed. I emailed the company asking and they claimed I hadn't ordered it in time. When I pushed back, saying that I had ordered it that day, they said that apparently, it sold out within 9 minutes. Which, on one level I get it, but proper customer support would have been to communicate that to the customer *as soon as they know that happened* so that their 8-year-old child wouldn't be sobbing on Christmas morning because the stuffed animals she was expecting didn't show up.

I’ve never been disappointed In anything I’ve bought from Moriah Elizabeth. Everything is extremely high quality, they are transparent with their expected shipping times, the website is easy to navigate, and it’s all incredibly cute!

The products that did arrive were great and good quality. The order was split into multiple shipments with items that said they were shipped but have never left China. After months of waiting the Zen desk team said the order was delivered. Sadly that was a waste of my daughters savings and the loss of a once devoted fan. Tough to explain to a 7yo who was checking the mail every day.

Shipping is insane and sketchy. Order at your own risk. Will you get your item? Maybe? Nobody knows!

The tracking from Juniper says it was delivered today, but it wasn't. I work from home and my office window has a perfect view of my front yard and driveway, and nobody has shown up today delivering packages. It's not in my mailbox or on my front step. I sent them a message and am hoping to get this rectified quickly. If they do resolve the issue I will come back and edit this review.

I ordered my daughter her birthday gift on Moriah Elizabeth’s site over a month before her birthday, and it never arrived. Juniper, which is the company that appears on your credit card and who handles her customer support, were not willing to reship the items even when it had been over a month. It wasn’t until I submitted a chargeback on my credit card were they willing to send a replacement, but the chargeback was quickly processed by our bank so they quickly changed their “solution” and said they would no longer offer a replacement. And then they said if a replacement was sent it would take “10-20 business days.” Which was *not* communicated anywhere on their website.

The item I did order supposedly made it all the way to my town but the delivery services - not UPS, not FedEx, not USPS - were unable to locate my house. They even claim to have attempted delivery on Thanksgiving. I called their BS on that attempted delivery day, based on the delivery service’s tracking page. Juniper Support continued to say they were waiting on a report from the carrier.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MORIAH ELIZABETH WEBSITE! Save yourself the headache!
