I placed an order on November 29, which should have been plenty time to receive it by Christmas (especially since it was shipped from Ohio and the destination was also in the US), but the package arrived on December 28. Looking at the other reviews, I guess I'm lucky we received what we paid for at all, though.

Don’t order!! Merch either never arrives or arrives damaged (paint set arrived with exploded paint….can’t get a response from anyone)

I’ve had huge issues with everything I’ve ever ordered for my daughter. I guess I need to learn my lesson. Never EVER ordering again. Trying to reverse credit card charges for damages orders.

Scammer! Avoid at all costs! You will never receive your products. Ordered on 27th November for our daughters Christmas Present as she'd asked for it from Santa. No updated, no dispatch spring say it's not even in production yet.

This woman needs to get her act together.

I ordered a plushie for my daughter for Christmas. She asked Santa for only 2 things- a Tamagotchi and a Pickle the Dinosaur plushie. I placed the order on Dec 11th. At first the order said standard shipping would get it to me by like Dec 19-22nd so I placed the order. Then the expected arrival instantly became later (like the 22-27) so I cancelled it and reordered with expedited shipping to have it arrive by Dec 17-20. Spring is the company that runs ME merchandise sales and they said it ‘shipped’ 3 days later and provided tracking. It led me to UPS who has NEVER RECEIVED the package! I can’t even file a claim with them because the package never made it in their system. Spring’s side says it shipped and provides the tracking that links to UPS who never got it. I feel like this is a scam although I have read a lot of reviews of people who eventually get their order or eventually get a refund. What a way to ruin kids Christmases…. I thought I could trust it because it was Moriah Elizabeth’s Official store but boy was I wrong. I will never order anything from her again. I should’ve ordered the knock-off stuff from Amazon….

Wish I could give 0 stars for the way they treat their customers. False promises of delivery times…I still haven’t received my order which was promised “within 2 weeks.” Ordered on December 1st, tracking now says it will come December 26th…I’ll have to come back and update if it ever comes.

Like a lot of other reviews on here - ordered 2 items on 12th Nov, got an email on 16th Nov to say 1 item had been dispatched. Supposed to have been delivered by 16th December. DHL tracking number does not work. Have contacted customer services and spring, no response. Both items were supposed to be Santa gifts, really, REALLY not looking forward to Christmas Day and trying to explain this to a 7 year old!

Like everyone else, ordered something three weeks ago for my daughter to give to her best friend. She asks me every day when it will arrive. This horrible company doesn’t seem to care. They don’t respond and we are out money for a gift that didn’t ever arrive.

Placed an order on Nov 27th to ship to Canada. Every time I check order status, it remains in production. It is now Dec 20 and I have e-mailed Spring, only to get an email delivery fail notice. There is no other customer service, and using the website just goes around in circles. the thing cost me $70. Pure scam. My 11 year old will be so disappointed to know that I will never order anything from youtubers ever again. Should have trusted my gut. First and last experience. Calling the credit card company next.

We ordered a Yearbook and it took 4 months to arrive. Amazingly we ordered a T shirt which we thought might be better as via T Spring. One month later we have a “despatched” email and no sign of the T shirt. She just doesn’t care at all about her fans!!

My kids Christmas will be ruined . Moriah Elizabeth has failed to deliver!!!! We were promised delivery Dec 6th 2022. We received an email to say new year!!! What a false misrepresentation when we ordered all of the merchandise which wasn’t cheap. I’ve sent numerous emails to their customer support pleading with them to upgrade delivery from DHL standard to DHL Express but they have not had the decency to contact me on email or the phone. The company takes your money but don’t deliver the goods. My kids are going to be very upset on Christmas Day. Can someone in customer service please please contact me today 19 Dec to make sure gifts arrive to my children in time. It’s all very stressful and upsetting.

Still waiting after 6 weeks!!!! Website won’t open. Incorrect contact details as mails bounce back. Scam scam and it’s Christmas presents!!!! Shocking

Ordered a paint set on Nov 13th as a Xmas present for my daughter. The money was taken from bank immediately. Confirmation email received with a DHL tracking number which I have repeatedly checked but it doesn’t exist on DHL website. I have emailed the contact address twice with no response.

Ordered an item me paint set costing over £40 in mid nov still not arrived given a false tracking number with dhl did bet s response to my email initially but not now be carefull if you order as money was taken from my account on date of order appears to be a scam my grandaughters will be very disappointed on christmas day #####update finally had contact from them they are sending another one out so fingers crossed for jan

Placed order on November 25 for a Christmas gift and my card was charged $80 the same day. Contacted teespring (order processor for Moriah Elizabeth site) several times with either bounced emails or no response. I then disputed charges on my card and suddenly teespring emailed and said they could not provide a resolution until i closed the dispute. Not sure i want to do that because once closed i can’t reopen.

Exactly like all the other recent reviews, I ordered on November 15th and received an email to say order had been shipped with a DHL tracking number. This number doesn't exist as I have spoken with DHL. I have emailed numerous times and have had no reply.
My daughter idolises Moriah Elizabeth and I don't know how she can sleep at night knowing so many children will not be getting their Santa gifts because of her!!!
How do you explain that to a child???
Don't accept people's money if you can't fulfill the order especially at this time of the year!

after waiting 6 weeks for a present for my daughter's birthday (Jan 5th so I ordered with plenty of time) and spending £85 i have received an impersonal email ( and several fake shipping/ tracking emails) to say that my order is unavailable and i can have "credit" instead. Its a total scam.

I do not understand the other reviews at all. I am from germany and ordered multiple times. The only time a pre-order took longer, was when Shelly and Eustace got announced. Other items always arrived on time. The only logical explanation I can see for the negative reviews is, that its close to christmas and there have been some problems with shipping. But Moriah's Site is not a Scam!

I ordered an art kit for my daughter on the 26th Nov. Order tracking said that I should receive it 13th - 27th Dec. No big deal if it's a day or two after Christmas. Every few days I keep checking the order tracking and it is still stuck in production. I can only guess that she's been inundated with orders and can't fulfil them. If that is the case, remove the items from your site until you catch up with orders.

My daughter loves Moriah and watches all of her videos. She truly gets inspired by her painting.

I've emailed customer service and the order was dispatched the same day. We just received the Art Kit and it is beautiful. My daughter is over the moon with it and can't wait to get started painting with it.

Avoid- scammers.
So my daughter idolises MORIAH ELIZABETH. She’s asked Santa for an art kit. As it’s coming from the states and I’m based in the uk I emailed mid November to ask how long shipping will take. I got an instant reply stating 12-15 days. Perfect. I placed the order 22nd November. It’s now 3 weeks and not even a dispatch email. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times and had no response from the website ‘spr.ing’ that sell the merchandise. I’m now wondering if it’s actually a scam. Seen as I’ve had no reply I now intend to head over to moriahs Instagram page and spam her comments until I get an acknowledgment. I suggest everyone else too- or even boycott her until we all get a response. The other reviews are evident at how many disappointed children there will be this Christmas. Cheers MORIAH I hope your Christmas gift deliveries arrived in time for your family and friends- with money made from scamming your followers.

There is no customer service, so do not order from here and expect to get any help. I paid for merchandise that has never been delivered, UPS said to contact the shipper which is impossible because they have no phone number and do not reply to emails.
If you decide to order from this company, be prepared to throw your money away.
