I just want to thank the Morrison team for their amazing customer service. On top of having the coolest and most comfortable shoes, they truly take care of their customers.
I made a mistake with my order, and the exchange process was unbelievably smooth and intuitive. I sent back the wrong size and received the new pair — in the correct size — at my home on the very same day, 2 days after I filled the form. Incredible!

I’m genuinely impressed and grateful.
Best brand ever. I’ll definitely keep being a customer!

He tenido un pequeño problema con un pedido y me lo han solucionado en menos de 24h. El trato ha sido excelente.

Es una tienda que nos gusta mucho en casa, no solo tiene buena calidad y estilo, si no que cualquier duda que tienes, te la solucionan enseguida y de manera muy amable. Los recomiendo 100%

The shoes look great, but the build quality is not good. I bought one pair of Philidelphias in February and the soles were already worn through by August (I WFH 4 days a week, don't even wear shoes for half the week, so I can only imagine what people who do wear them regularly are experiencing).

They were having a sale, and since I love the look of the shoes I decided to roll the dice again on the same pair. Snake Eyes - the new pair were nowhere near as comfortable and the right shoe had something digging in to my foot from bad stitching. I complained to customer service, who were very quick to respond in fairness to them, but as there were no visible defects (are visible defects the only kind of defect??) and I had worn them (was hoping the part digging in would loosen up, but doesn't seem to be happening) they wouldn't do anything.

I could see the Spanish responses to my questions from their emails and they seemed a little rude to me, seems they think I'm lying? For what reason? Maybe google translate did a bad job.

On the whole very dissatisfied with the quality of their products and won't be buying again, which is a shame because I really do like the look of their shoes.

Update:
After a bit more back and forth with their support they decided to send me a new pair of shoes, without me having to send back the original pair. These ones do not dig in to my foot so happy there. They did not have any more of the original shoe so sent me a different (v similar) model

Me equivoqué en el punto de entrega y están pendientes hasta el punto que vieron que lo recogería en una ciudad distinta a la que resido. Me contactaron y gracias a eso me dí cuenta. Lo resolvimos todo antes de que fuera tarde para ponerle remedio. Tienen una atención al cliente excelente y muy rápida. Sin duda me parece una gran empresa. Ojalá esta atención al cliente en todas las tiendas que compro.

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat es nur wenige Tage gedauert. Ich habe mittlerweile 4 verschiedene Schuhe gekauft und jedes Paar passt perfekt. Ich finde sie bequem, toll verarbeitet und sie sehen super aus

El equipo de atención al cliente es excepcional, en todo momento me proporcionaron ayuda con el proceso de compra, me solucionaron todas mis dudas y fueron encantadores. Lo recomiendo siempre :)

Solucionaron un incidente que tuve con mis zapatillas de una forma rápida y fácil. La verdad es que son comodísimas y tienen un diseño/colores preciosos. Totalmente recomendable, las volveré a comprar seguro!!!

Les pointures ne se correspondent pas toutes. Je commande toujours du 43 chez eux mais les deux dernières fois j’ai du retourner des paires et payer les frais d’échange car certaines étaient trop petites.

J’ai acheté une paire début septembre.
La semelle s’effrite et la couture au niveau de la semelle se découse. Je suis déçue de la qualité

¡Generosidad!! Es lo que resume nuestra experiencia. Soy María Cristina, amputada de miembro inferior que no puedo llevar prótesis. Siempre con la dificultad de encontrar una zapatilla suelta para el pie. Comprar una y desechar otra.
Pues en Morrinson ahora hemos encontrado generosidad a raudales.
Nos pusimos en contacto con Morrinson e inmediatamente la Sra. Carlota se puso a indagar hasta encontrar solución.
Dicho y hecho. En tan solo una semana y pico Cristina recibió su zapatilla Morrinson de manera altruista y gratuita.
Estoy mas que contenta de poder calzar una Morrinson

Aunque pudiera ser esperable con cueros coloreados, zapatillas muy cómodas pero efectivamente muy negativo que te destiñan sobre los calcetines o bajos del pantalón.

Las zapatillas tienen un diseño muy chulo y el servicio de envío y la rapidez es excelente, pero me ha fallado lo que considero principal, que sean cómodas. El primer día me hicieron muchas heridas por la zona del talón por el rozamiento (usando calcetines largos) y de talla estaban bien tanto de ancho como de largo.

Everything seemed to go smoothly: the shipment arrived, and I went to pick it up at my trusted Inpost pickup point. However, my first reaction upon seeing the package was one of confusion. I couldn’t understand how three pairs of shoes could possibly fit into a single box. I asked the store owner to double-check if there were any additional parcels for me, but after confirming there were none, I decided to take the package and go home.

Just as I had suspected, upon opening the box, I found only one pair of shoes inside. I immediately contacted customer service to request further clarification. To keep it brief: whether by phone, WhatsApp, or email, no one properly responded to my concern—aside from a few vague messages that provided no real assistance.

I am truly disappointed by this experience. The single pair of shoes I did receive fully meets the expectations of the purchase, but what about the other two pairs? As a customer, it is never pleasant to encounter this kind of issue, especially when there is no clear way to communicate with the company or receive an explanation.

At this point, I have paid for three pairs of shoes and received only one, with no one able to tell me what steps to take to obtain a refund or compensation—something I genuinely believe I deserve.

To those considering a purchase: I recommend visiting the brand’s physical stores, as the quality of the product is genuinely appealing. However, I would advise against buying online—not because I think these kinds of issues are common, but because, should a problem arise, there appears to be no real support service willing or able to help.
