Can not recommend enough ! I would not get my mortgage sorted any other way these guys are just brilliant ! Help you from start to finish

The company were so helpful in finding a great mortgage deal for me. They were very flexible in arranging appointments or speaking on the phone at times which suited me.They kept me informed of the deals available right up to the start of my new deal. The whole team were professional and friendly at the same time and made the whole process of getting a new mortgage deal hassle free. Thank you so much.

As first time buyers myself and my partner were inexperienced about the whole process. Martin was our mortgage advisor and made sure that anything we were unsure about was explained in detail. When it came to what our budget was Martin made sure to go through every single expense we could possibly have when running a house, he made us feel so comfortable about the whole process leaving no stone unturned. Fiona was our case handler who again was very thorough, staying in contact at least once a week with updates and letting us know what’s left to be done. The value for money is unbelievable with how good this team is. They blow everyone else out the water when it comes to price. If you’re looking for amazing service, friendly people and great prices then MIB is who you should use.

Excellent service, amazing staff

Fiona, Lynne and Dom were amazing especially Fiona who went over and above since the start of our mortgage application. They offer an exceptional service from start to finish and myself and my partner would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars all round (10 for Fiona this woman is AMAZING!!!!)

Absolutely amazing Team!
I cannot thank everyone enough for all their help and support over the last two years, their service is second to none! It's took us a couple of years to eventually buy our family home due to how things have been, there was always someone at the other end of the phone to support us every step of they way, they literally helped and support with everything down to ensuring we had the relevent insurance in place for our entry date, again thank you to each and every person at Mortgage Information Bureau and a special thanks to Fiona.

Couldn’t recommend the team at MIB highly enough. Martin was brilliant sorting our mortgage and Fiona and Dom were also brilliant keeping us up to date and answering any queries we had.

I cannot emphasise just how excellent the service MIB provided was. At every step of the process they were able to offer support, guidance, and advice to help me secure my mortgage, make an offer, and even become a home owner. I would thoroughly recommend them to any home buyer, but particularly to a first time buyer they made this process so manageable for me when I really wasn’t sure what to expect.

Great communication, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never had to chase them up for information. Got us exactly what we needed. Came up with solutions where banks and building societies couldn’t/wouldn’t.

Wonderful family business.
These people, this company and this family of staff have been an absolute blessing to me and my family over the years, not only for providing the best services for mortgage, life insurance, home insurance, and just all round property or home related assistance, they have went truly above and beyond for us.
They helped us multiple times over the last 15 years with all our property and mortgage needs, and as my wife is profoundly deaf and uses BSL( British Sign language), they even funded one of their staff members to be be trained in BSL in order to provide effective and relevant communication to my wife and other deaf customers.
They are a friendly team, with warm hearts and patience, they are most effective and efficient with their communication, in relation to updates, meetings, and internally all there staff are in the loop always, which means whoever you speak to they know what is going on in your case.
Mortgage Information Bureau work along side their partner company Harbour property which perfectly compliments their entire business and service setup for the customer, they deal with the mortgage side of things and Harbour deal with the property sale/purchase side if you are looking for the full package. And with Mother and son running these companies side by side, it's perfectly synchronized to keep everything on track, it's just a great setup and team that makes moving/selling home etc a much smoother and less stressful experience.
Honestly can't thank them enough for all their efforts, time, patience, kindness and understanding.we highly recommended them, and will always utilise their services whenever we can.
