Can't recommend this company enough. Martin spent hours and hours securing us a mortgage which, if it wasn't for him, I don't think we would have got. From our first phone call to the day we got the keys to our new house the level of support offered by MIB was incredible. Someone was always on hand to answer a question and they really couldn't do enough to make sure we have all the information.we needed as quickly as possible. The team are so knowledgeable and thorough. Can't recommend enough.

Marion and staff are brilliant very helpful and friendly then put you at ease right away. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me get a mortgage that suited me, would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing company with great staff Martin kept us updated with progress and worked around our schedule with late phone calls due to us working also Fiona and Dominic were brilliant once our mortgage and insurance got to the later stages of getting things sorted. I was lucky enough that a friend of mine linked me to the Mortgage Information Bureau, such that I could seek their expertise in finding a mortgage as a first time buyer. My adviser Martin Tormey held my hand and guided me through the journey. This was done with a lot of patience, empathy and passion for service. Not only did I get a mortgage, he also supported me to secure insurance. From start to finish the full team at MIB have been incredible. As a first time buyer I was very clueless but Martin and the rest of the team were so helpful and broke everything down presenting all my best options. You can tell they want to help you and have your interests at heart. They made my buying experience so pleasurable, even when there were a few stresses, they sorted it for me. And they also took the time to go through life insurance and home insurance with no pressures to buy through them whatsoever. They are so knowledgable and kept me updated with communication all the way through, which as an overthinker, was a godsend. They have got a customer for life in me.

I have also used them for insurance products to which the advice is in lemans terms, kept language simple and straight forward!

Unsure on where to start with my experience with MIB. These guys are absolutely awesome and went above and beyond for me and my family was a long road due to our circumstances but we were always filled with hope and reassurance !! From start to finish the team at MIB have been great helping us with getting a mortgage to fund our extension.
We've had a long and arduous process with various complications along the way (none of them are to do with the Mortgage itself or MIB). Through it all we have been kept informed, well advised and have ended up with a mortgage that suits our situation perfectly.
Not only will I be recommending MIB to everyone but when my mortgage comes to renewal I'll be straight on the phone to them again.
