I used to use a mortgage broker before and never truly went through all the details in person properly until Lauren. She made me feel welcome and took her time making sure we had all the information correct. Lauren is fantastic at keeping in touch afterwards, always on the other end of the phone for any questions you may have after everything has been sorted. Can’t recommend MortgageLinks enough for anyone looking for a mortgage and advice.

Lauren has been so helpful from start to finish. Our first meeting was very relaxed and everything was explained to us so we fully understood the process and Lauren was always contactable if we had any questions throughout. We had a great experience working with James. From our first meeting to when we were ready to go ahead with the application process. He was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I want to praise Mortgage Links, in particular Lauren Conroy for her tireless efforts in getting a BTL mortgage for me. James helped us with a mortgage on a new property and a buy-to-let mortgage on our old property and was absolutely brilliant throughout. From our very first meeting and all my subsequent daft questions, through to quickly correcting an error one of the mortgage companies had made in the paperwork, James was responsive, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Mortgage Links (and already have done to several friends and colleagues!)

Kate has been a God send. My husband and I have spent two years trying to purchase our first property and it's been a bit tricker than we thought it might be and we've had some rather large bumps in the road - but Kate has been with us every step of the way and helped us finally get where we need to be!

She is not only extremely knowledgeable and knows her stuff (which is helpful when you're trying to navigate a confusing and expensive process) but she's also just so kind, patient and a good laugh when you need one!
