James was amazing.. advised us to secure a new rate early as he predicted rates to rise when my remortgage was due (he was correct) . Was able to easily advise us and work out what was best for us as a family and our affordability! Always professional and helpful.

Recently renewed my mortgage. This is a stressful task at the best of times, but particularly now given all the market upheaval. Links4Mortgages offer great support during the process, very responsive and most importantly give you a feeling that you can trust them to help you make the right decision.

I've just had my third mortgage arranged by Bernadette at Links4Mortgages and every time her service has been faultless. Me and my partner are currently going through the process of buying our first home and have had the pleasure of dealing with Ben from Links4Mortgages.
Ben has been extremely helpful throughout the process and has always been available to us to answer any of our questions. Given the current economic climate the situation we were put in was incredibly difficult but Ben was able to give us reassurance throughout and help us find a suitable deal. Cannot recommend James and Links 4 Mortgages highly enough. Our mortgage wasn’t the most simple of cases and James took the time to work through his calculations and explain the best option for us to move forwards in a way that was simple and easy to understand. 5 stars, would give more if I could.

Really excellent service from L4M: Kate has been completely invaluable, not only from a mortgage perspective, but throughout the house-buying process. She combines excellent financial knowledge with a friendly and caring approach, which made her an excellent financial advisor. We were able to secure a really competitive mortgage as a result of Kate's advice. She was also on hand to advise us r.e. insurance products (life & critical illness cover).

Our house purchase dragged out over several months, and she was there every step to advise / help chase the bank / or just offer moral support!

Ben was a help and a guide from minute one of the mortgage application. With being a first time buyer and having multiple sources of income, I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest application to come across, but he was there to answer any question I may have had, emails early morning, Sunday mornings and bank holidays!
