Louis Travieso was phenomenal to work with. Not one time stepping in an office but solved every problem I had on the fly. On our closing day we became very sick and was in the ER, sellers agent wanted all our paperwork redone for a minor issue. While in the ER he coordinated with everyone while literally being treated, was literally making us a priority over his own health. We got it all done and closed in the property ahead of time! Would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Literally the best company ever, from start to finish, went above and beyond to secure us a remortgage despite not the greatest credit file going. Highly recommend these guys, would not go anywhere else, super efficient and helpful.

Absolutely excellent service from Natalie at Mortgage Plus. I purchased a lovely Buy to Let house and dealt with Natalie who gathered my documents together without any stress. These were compliance assured by Hayley, which is a very important step these guys take to ensure everything that is sent to the lender is in order before being reviewed by the underwriters. As such when my application went to the lender, there were no questions, no requests for more documents or any grief at all, as it was all perfect before being submitted. The “acceptance subject to valuation” was achieved in 24 hours. I then received my mortgage offer ON THE SAME DAY as the valuation !! Amazingly fast. I completed my purchase last week and have the keys to my new investment ! These guys know what they are doing, which lender to place your case with and they regularly chase on your behalf. From offering on my house to completion was 9 weeks. I could not be happier. In these difficult Covid times, a Broker is a must when applying for even a straightforward mortgage and I completely recommend this team. Thank you.

Mortgage Plus couldn't have done more for me. I have to particularly mention our Broker Susan who has been INCREDIBLE the entire way through this process. We have been kept well informed at each stage, have been given excellent information very comprehensively, without causing us any overwhelm. A fantastic experience changing mortgage provider with Mortgage Plus, we managed to reduce our mortgage term by 5 year but still pay the same monthly payments!
