Rachael has been my BTL mortgage broker for the best part of 20 years. I have spoken to and dealt with a number of other brokers and she is by far away the most impressive and knowledegable with exceptional service standards that I have come accross. So much so that I refer her to the clients of my accountancy firm.

The best financial advisor around!
I have been working in the property sector for over 20 years and during this time used many different financial advisors, but without doubt Rachael@ Mortgage Cabin has been one of the best i have ever dealt with. Super efficient, thinks outside the box and helped deliver me great mortgage products for my ltd company, which was far from straightforward. She is 'old school' in that she takes pride in her service and actually cares about her clients and I am not just a number and that comes across with the way she operates. Highly recommend her.

What a wonderful service provided by Rachael ,that is despite the many difficulties she encountered navigating the remortgaging of our buy to let flat. What should have been a relatively straightforward remortgage turned out to be a very stressful and lengthy process for us. Rachael stuck with us championing our cause, renegotiating our mortgage terms as the interest rates dropped. She was able to do thus on two occasions consequently reducing our mortgage repayments. We would definitely recommend this service and will definitely be approaching Rachael again in the New year.
