Colin was fantastic and helped us secure a mortgage offer with a very speedy turnaround. He was really friendly and professional from the get go, and took the time to explain everything to us patiently and clearly since we were first time buyers needing to make a move unexpectedly quickly and we'd had very little time to prepare. I'd highly recommend their services and we will use them again when it's time to remortgage.

Were delighted with the advice and service from Mortgage Advice Exchange. We had more complex mortgage requirements than usual but Charlene and Gordon were able to navigate through all of our requirements with ease and we had our mortgage offer confirmed this morning, less than 48 hours after the application was submitted so we're delighted. Totally worth the small fee as there's no way we could have navigated through all the options and the paperwork ourselves and it was a huge time saving. I found my experience very quick and efficient, Charlene who I dealt with she is very pleasant,alot of knowledge, she answered any questions I wasn't sure of or go over things! This was my first mortgage application and I was totally unsure of the process, what I needed or where to start with any of it.

When Simon Cardle entered the scene this was no longer an issue, from our first chat, though numerous emails and all the way to our final acceptance and beyond, he was friendly, professional and most of all, he was completely understanding of my complete ignorance to the procedure.

He was able to explain each stage of the application and required paperwork in a way that made sense. He was also able to work out a mortgage/insurance payment that was on par with my rental payments which was great.
