Basically my vehicle went to mot bots with a fault warning on the dash. They partially completed the procedure to rectify fault and said that vehicle would be fine to drive. Within 5 miles I broke down and basically they couldn’t get it started.

Basically I had received poor advice from a company who didn’t know what they were doing or how to fix my problem. I’ve now been left with a vehicle with a seized engine.

A write off. Do not use this company if you rely on your vehicle.

I have never paid only £29 for MOT before. It was the only garage in Woking who did it for me the same day in less than 45min. No hassle of leaving a car for all day, then having a lift back. There is nice and warm waiting area. Just what's needed.

Had a very flat tyre within a 2 minute drive of the Woking branch, rang them up, was told very busy will ring you back within 10 minutes. Rang me back around 45 minutes later but when I said don't know whether vehicle was drivable told sorry don't do call outs. So took photos and walked down to them as it was only a 7 minute walk but still they still wouldn't make a decision on whether the tyre could be driven on. Just that the tyre was beyond repair so I ordered a new tyre, after a 30 minute wait the new tyre was brought out but the garage refused to lend me a tyre remover. So I walked back to the car and drove it at 5mph to the garage, getting my son to keep a close eye on whether the tyre was breaking up. The tyre was then changed quickly but in Exeter I paid for two mid range tyres which cost £84 fitted, at this garage one mid range tyre cost £76 fitted so expensive and also on top they couldn't go out of their way in being more unhelpful. I hope I don't have another flat in Woking again

Booked my MOT yesterday online and got an appointment the next day as my MOT had lapsed, very quick efficient service would recommend.

Went in with my Ford Transit Van in limp mode and thought it was the end of it. Was expecting a huge bill, but the mechanics got it all up to SPEED and were honest and came up with a solution that saved me hundreds of £'s. This will now be my go to for any car fault, solely based on the honest and efficient service I received. Thanks again MOT Bros
