I absolutely love the product. For me, it is the order time is WAY to long. It is not only the order time but the lack of updates and communication with a tracking number.
And, I at last got a delivery date and I wrote to company too. I must say the company was very good and responded quickly and removed my shipping fee. They had good efforts. But, they also gave me same delivery date that I received from tracking. Well, that day came and went..,
2 days later, the package at last arrived. If I didn’t love the product so much, it would be too much trouble. I can’t fault the company!

I am addicted to Mother Root (but it's a healthy addiction so that's ok). Absolutely love the taste, and knowing it's good for me makes has a big impact on the enjoyment too. My drink of choice was previously ginger ale, but that is full of sugar, which bothered me. This is truly guilt-free joy.

It was discovered that my order was damaged during shipping. Fed Ex notified me. I reached out to Mother Root immediately and they responded in kind. Advised they would expedite replacement and I had tracking info within a day or two of their reply. Response regarding subscription was swift as well. Excellent customer service. The product itself is worth the investment; taste is fantastic and the customer service is the cherry on top.

I love the product. I ordered 2 bottles. Because of my looking up the tracking I found my shipment had been damaged in transit and was sent back to the warehouse. I contacted customer service about a replacement and at first got an AI response and then nothing. So I reached out again attaching the tracking. I got "Mandi" who said they'd send out the replacement. What if I hadn't done anything? Is Mandi another AI? Who knows. I couldn't find anywhere to speak with a human. That was frustrating.

Mandi saved the day!! I very much appreciate her quick response to my issue, her actionable empathy, and her initiative towards resolution. As a leader myself, she’s the kind of person I like on my team- it’s about building sales- get the customer their product and build the relationship from there! Brilliant!! Looking forward to my first sip…thank you Mandi (aka Mother Root)!

While we have not yet tasted the ginger, trying to make a retail purchase in the US is impossible. Typically, I'm a Campari consumer but happy to try another special taste. Kedeja was responsive to our questions across the Atlantic & allowed us the comfort to buy a few bottles on line. We thank her and look forward to the experience.

I have been ordering mother root for a couple of years now. Used to think ginger was my favourite, until I tried rhubarb! Then the marmalade version came out! My recent order appeared to have gone awol and customer service were fantastic at helping me locate it! Will be sad if this is really the last batch ever of marmalade 🥲. Please don’t stop making it!

Renet offered a few options as I was having trouble ordering, however I ended up resolving the issue myself. I have found that the response was very quick when I initially emailed with an issue. Love the product, keep up the great work!

Service from Mandi and the Mother Root team is excellent but there is an ongoing issue with the courier EVRI who has thus far mis-delivered 2 orders and damaged one beyond repair.

After the Evri delivery failure the MotherRoot team got straight on it. I am really impressed how they gave immediate attention to investigating and resolving the issue. My replacement parcel delivered exactly as promised by Royal Mail on time just now. I commend their responsiveness and communication and appreciate all they have done. Cheers! I can't wait to sample Marmalade for the first time this evening.
